I went in for an oil change and at no point was I asked what type of oil I wanted. The man assumed, without confirming, that it should be the same service I got LAST YEAR. When I told him I wanted synthetic oil, he responded defensively, saying he had only done the same service as the last time.
and offered no solution. ( I guess every time he goes to get a haircut he just sits in the chair and wait for the hairstylist to do whatever she feels to). Very poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and zero interest in fixing the mistake. Unfortunately I was short of time and I had no other option than ending paying for a service I didn’t wanted.

Quick, fast, easy, and very knowledgeable. This is the ONLY place I take my vehicles for oil changes and transmission flushes. Great guys with great service!

Went 03 November for an oil change. From start to finish on the stop watch, it took 7 minutes and 21 seconds.
I watched the entire operation.. they were quick, efficient, and got the job done.
I did 2 days of research..because this is the first time I have had someone do my oil change…simply because this is a 2025 Chrysler Pacifica and I want everything annotated so there will never be a warranty issue. Usually, change my own oil on our vehicles..
After 2 days of research, I came up with Master Lube.
When you’re looking for reviews, click on the “lowest rating” filter options and you’ll see the horror stories and then the reply of the crappy management from other companies.
I didn’t find anything bad other than from like 5 years ago. All were good!! This place is straight and to the point. They aren’t pushy whatsoever.
They greeted me, asked for what I wanted done, and got the job done, I paid, and drove out!

We have taken our vehicles here since it opened. The employees are professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. With the full service oil change they check all the fluid levels and tire pressure. I can take my car in whenever I want and they will check and top off all the fluids and check my tires.

I’ve gone here for oil changes a few times and each time they’re exceptionally quick, super friendly and affordable. This last time, on top of the oil change, they fixed part of my front bumper that was dragging by zip tying it back up! I didn’t even ask and they went above and beyond to take care of something I’d been putting off for way too long. 10/10 highly recommend supporting this business :)

If I could give any oil & lube place 6 stars, it would definitely be this Master Lube. The entire team is friendly & knowledgeable. If you need an oil change or general upkeep, these guys are the BEST!! Been coming her for 15+ years!

Great company and most of all great employees I had 2 guys help me one of them pointed out a coolant leak that I have been trying to find for months.Right after he shows me that I’m low on transmission fluid. This is the work you don’t see at other oil companies. These guys care about their costumers.
