David helped me and he was very knowledgeable, personable, and he was kind and patient. It did not feel like he was trying to just make a sale. He asked me what i liked and showed me several beds that i may be interested in. He did not pressure me to buy but he explained my options well. I never once felt deceived.

Went in not expecting to find what I want but walked out with exactly what I needed. I’ve been looking online for simple platforms for my bed and this store was the only one that had what I was looking for. Mohammed not only helped me find the right product but he gave me amazing knowledge on my purchase. Shout to Mohammed again for the help he truly deserves praise for his service and care to the customers.

David was hugely helpful when I came in for a box spring queen. He is an excellent communicator. The delivery drivers are a much different story. They arrived 45 minutes early with no notice when I was not home and did not ask if it was okay to come early. I called and spoke with David to discuss this poor service. He assured me that their delivery drivers are required to call ahead and get permission for early delivery, and that I would receive a call prior to delivery attempt. They then arrived 30 minutes into the scheduled window with zero notice, not even a call. I find it shocking how unprofessional the delivery service turned out to be. Unfortunately, I can’t take the risk of doing business with them again, regardless of the quality of their products, since their drivers clearly don’t respect my time or privacy.

Had a wonderful experience at this store. A mattress that was sold to me previously as firm, turned out to be too soft. Elliott helped me to efficiently navigate through the logistics of exchanging it by returning my calls promptly, while David helped me to select a new mattress that would be more conducive to my needs and budget. It was nice to be treated like a valued customer. I would highly recommend this store and the staff - kudos to them for the great customer service and team work !

Elliott was so kind and helpful. Did not feel pressured into rushing to buy but walked out convinced. Helped to find the best price and convinced us to add on the adjustable base. His patience was great appreciated.Clean store. Very attentive.

My sleep expert Elliot was so kind and knew exactly what I needed for my son. He was very knowledgeable of all the products I was asking about and he made my experience top shelf!!! I would absolutely recommend going to go see Elliot for your next mattress purchase!

I was guided through a "pre-qualification" process by Joe T. This was not a "pre-qualification" process, it was a definite credit application. Joe T was careful to make sure that I was the one that clicked on every link, "explaining" that "this part isn't important" etc etc. Joe WAS good at making sure that I trusted every word he said but either he isn't aware that the link he guided me through is a credit application and not an "in-house pre-qualification" or he does know and doesn't care because they want to trap buyers.I have zero faith in their process.If you're 100% ready to buy, you're probably fine.If you're stopping by to look for information, they're going to sit you at the desk and mislead you through an application that opens a credit line that you'll never use.

Came here to get a new mattress for my toddler expecting just a typical experience, “walk in, buy, nothing to call home about” Ended up having an excellent run in with two sales floor reps,David and Joe. They delivered on superb customer service ensuring I found the perfect product. It’s rare that I don’t walk away from a buy feeling some form of regret cause’ I’m a penny pincher ,but I couldn’t be happier! They really make sure you’re getting what you want without being pushy or making the experience awkward. They were knowledgeable, relatable and kind. David and Joe have earned a lifetime customer.

Great service! I have been eyeing mattresses for awhile and finally decided to make the most of the Memorial Day sale. I didn’t know which mattress i wanted but knew that I didn’t want to pay too much. David (the store manager) was friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgeable as he suggested models that fit my budget while remaining a quality product. I found the mattress and purchased it without any upselling. I appreciated the time and effort that David offered me and will be referring folks. Above and beyond service without the pressure of buying the top model. Stellar performance!
