The service was great. No pressure but did offer sound advice upon making final decision in choosing a mattress; and it didn’t benefit the sale as I chose the less expensive one. I am happy w my Stearns and Foster choice as I have had one for years before. Its cost is worth it as you pay what you get, extreme comfort and a great nights rest.

Marc seemed very knowledgeable and took all the time necessary to explain the mattress’ and bases. He offered up a less expensive option that we purchased. I feel fortunate to have come in during a slow period when he was in the store

Visited this location a few weeks ago to check out the mattresses I saw online. This location had a relatively good selection across the spectrum of prices. Elliot was very polite and helpful in comparing the types of mattresses. He also followed up afterwards to see if I had any questions. Great service!

9/3/23Great customer service. Victor was very professional and attentive. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I ended up getting a mattress for the whole family. I most definitely recommend them.9/23/23I visited the DeZavala location with Victor because I needed a softer mattress. No problem. Victor got on it and made it happen for me. I've been a Mattress Firm customer for more than 10 years. I truly recommend them.

We shopped here for a tempurpedic bed. This will be our first tempurpedic so we had a lot of questions. Mike and Camden went above and beyond to answer our questions and show us the features for the base we chose. They were friendly, knowledgeable, andattentive. Mike usually works at the TPC location which is closer to our home, so for future needs we will definitely shop there. We really appreciate the level of customer service we received because as we all know, purchasing a newmattress is an investment.

Victor waited on me a couple weeks ago and then again today when I made my purchase. He went out of his way to make sure I was choosing the right mattress for my medical issues. He also was very helpful on the money end, finding all the right deals on what i decided on. I’m completely happy and would recommend him to anyone purchasing a mattress, adjustable base and/or pillowTHANK YOU VICTOR!!

Christopher made everything easy and I didn’t feel like I was dealing with a car salesman. My biggest issue not entering a mattress company is because I feel like I’m at a used car dealership. So grateful I didn’t feel that way today.
