Went into Alamo Ranch Mattress Firm. I was helped by Randy who did an excellent job of comparing & contrasting products. I had a good idea of the product I preferred and Randy confirmed it was a good choice for the concerns I had. He also discussed the company return policy in detail. Randy is knowledgeable, courteous and professional!

I told the sales person that I need a quality bed since I'm a nurse and I'm on my feet a lot. I purchased the bed but was annoyed by the fact that I had to find out on my own that they offer an RN discount. I saved about 3 to 4 hundred dollars no thanks to the salesperson. I hate going in stores that are commision based.
