Nice clean store with plenty of options of mattresses, frames, pillows box springs exc. friendly customer service making me feel very comfortable with my decision to buy my mattresses there. Thank you to salesmen Miller for helping me on my big purchase. Also they work well with you if you have a budget with multiple different pricing/financing options. Would recommend.

I walked into Mattress Firm on SE Military with an idea of what mattress I wanted to buy. I was greeted by Michael who gave me a very informative description of the mattress types, always keeping in mind my preferences with possible options. He was such a friendly, personable and delightful man to work with, in addition to being very professional thruout the entire sales & purchasing process. I highly recommend Michael at this location. In my mind he is a star Mattress Firm employee!

Our experience buying a mattress from Mattress Firm was a positive one. As we walked in we were greeted by Corey who showed us around & explained everything about the mattresses we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable on everything in this store. Went to Office Depot today to get some invitations.... then saw Mattress Firm next door and thought I would pop in to get an idea of the prices. I walked in and was greeted by Miller who was friendly and informative. I told him my budget and he showed me some mattresses didn't hesitate to let me lay on them and get the feel. Remember I had zero intention of actually purchasing at that moment. Until he told me the price and all that was included and I'm so freaking glad!!!!! I really have been dreading getting a mattress, but he made it easy and the most important thing he didn't pressure me into making a purchase and he didn't force me into buying something that was outside of my budget. Honestly will recommend him specifically and this location to my family and friends!

This was one of the best experience I have EVER had shopping for a mattress. Keoka was amazing, super friendly and very informative. She did not push us to what ever she wanted She listened to us and tried her best to help us get exactly what we needed and for a price range we had. She wasn't pushy whatsoever and didn't hover over us. Thank y'all.
