First and foremost, my sleep expert Ricky was absolutely amazing he showed professionalism he showed that he cared he took his time to explain all the details of the mattress and bed frame to me, he did not seem like he was in a hurry or in a rush he truly showed that he just cared and that is what we need in experiences like this. I'm very happy with my mattress and very happy with my overall customer experience at this mattress firm.

Julz Castillo is Awesome treated my wife and I with awesome service never pressured us to buy anything , ask us what we were looking for , what we both liked and didn’t like then started off showing us what she had , showed us middle of the line and top of the line in all the mattress’s she had to offer didn’t start off by showing us top of the line also liked the fact that she would professionally excuse herself just long enough to greet customers coming into the store then got right back to us.She was very knowledgeable on all her merchandise just a great attitude from start to finish, she’s definitely a keeper good employee’s like her are hard and now days rare to find.Thanks Mattress Firm and Thanks JULZ

I had a great experience! I tried out the mattress that I wanted and am looking forward to delivery in 2 days. I must say I fell in love with Ricky, my salesman! Jewels was the best damn saleswoman I’ve ever encountered! My boyfriend and I sleep on a full size mattress together and left the store within 45 minutes with an awesome king mattress, adjustable frame, and a GREAT bargain thanks to Jewels. She assisted us with what would best suit our sleeping style and even helped us out with our delivery fee. Don’t sleep on Julz!

From the moment I called I was very well taken care of . I had never bought a brand new mattress , and was clueless. First Julz Castillo asked me what I was looking for. Then took me around and we tried several before I picked the one that felt the best . Then she worked out a great price (4th of July sale ) and we scheduled a delivery date. Even though I needed to change the delivery date once , AND add on an adjustable frame, she made it seamless !!! The delivery guys were efficient and went above and beyond to help me .Extremely pleased with the whole process !
