We went to look for a truck and we didn't have to wait to long to get help and a demonstration of the different options of the beautiful Ford trucks that they have now. Agent Rojo was very professional and helpful and we left driving not only with one truck but we left driving with two trucks. Thank you McCombs Ford west and Mr. Gustavo Rojo Jr. For all your help.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Ford dealership.
The finance process felt tricky and misleading. Pricing was not transparent, and several overpriced add-on packages were pushed at the last minute. Some of these add-ons were presented in a way that made them seem mandatory when they were not, which I find unacceptable.
Even worse, there were defects discovered at delivery, and the dealership failed to properly resolve them. I followed up multiple times, but the issue was either delayed or ignored, showing a lack of accountability and customer care.
Buying a vehicle should be a straightforward and professional experience. Unfortunately, this dealership fell short in honesty, transparency, and post-delivery support.
I would not recommend this dealership and suggest future buyers carefully review all finance terms and inspect the vehicle thoroughly before signing anything.

I researched various Ford dealerships and McCombs Ford West had the best upfront prices in town, hands down. My sales rep, Mr. Kevin Zad, was truly exceptional. He was very patient with me and attentive to my needs. He explained the different trim levels for the Maverick and personally drove me to the excess lot and was able to pair me with the perfect Maverick based on my needs. Everyone at that dealership was so courteous and friendly. I also struck up a conversation with fellow veteran Jose Luis Nieto, who is also a sales rep. Everyone there was so so friendly, including the sales manager and finance rep. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the future.

Went on Friday 9/13 and to say we were satisfied couldn’t even begin to explain how much John and Sidney made this experience much more enjoyable! They were both very nice and professional would love working with them again in the future! Definitely recommending John to everyone and speaking very highly of both men! Sidney you handled our situation with such urgency and care we couldn’t be more grateful to have met you! John you were very pleasant and sweet enjoyed our time getting the vehicle with you! I spoke to Jarvin all week. We made an appointment on Thursday for me to meet at the dealership at 11:00 Friday. Friday morning he sent me the directions. Then I texted him to say we will be there at 10:45. He said see you soon. When I got there the car he was setting me up to see was at another location an hour away.
