When you order window flashing here. There’s a need to confirm if you have very types of flashing required. Even though the McCoy employees verified with me that they had confirmed the purchase before I picked it up, the flashing they identified was incorrect. We realize this on site three hours away. Even though there is a McCoys here, the assistant manager informed me that they could not deliver between stores, which is unbelievable and today’s logistical market.

Jessica has the worst customer service which isnt suprisi g since she was more involved with conversing personal matters to the assistant store manager, who she wouldn't name. Thank you Jesse (yard staff) who actually did take some accountability in helping me with my transaction. Their system wasn't accepting my signature Jessica took it upon herself to sign for my card transaction. Which i never said she could. L Hopefully you can get more efficient staff to assist you day to day customers.

First time visiting this location. I am not a plumber and was having a problem with a water leak. I brought in a video and showed it to Eloy. He not only gave me ideas on how to fix it, he explained the steps I needed to take to get it done. He helped me gather the parts needed and took the time to show me how to put them together. Eloy helped us out of a jam and we are very grateful.
