    I have called several times with several different messages I never get a call back! I will try to go higher up now just need to talk to someone!

    Wow the reviews are telling the truth. I am not surprised every time the location on HWY 90 and 36th is a fail except when Vanessa is working the drive thru. It appears Acosta Owners need to get off their seats and take charge of their business. So tired of complaining! Exchanging hard earned money for the worst service.... read full comment

    This place is a disaster. I told the cashier that the playground is filthy and she acted like it was not a big deal. And the dinning room is not any better. Service is not up to par with the other McDonald's that I have been to. Really disappointed with the Acosta Family Group that runs this McDonald's location.
