I found a metal screw at the bottom of my fries. Tried to call but the phone was off the hook. Then I went back, the night manager didn’t believe me that it came from the kitchen, and said it was my word again theirs. Said they would’ve caught it going out like that. Like they don’t forget to add the condiments or napkins. Didn’t expect to be treated like a liar for bringing it to their attention.

Was an online order, drive thru busy so switch to curbside waiting 10 minutes went inside wait another 5 for a wrong order and cold hashbrowns. McDonald's getting worse and worse.

Nice clean restaurant. But went in for take out order and they didn't give me my daughter's 10pc mcnuggets. They gave us the dipping sauces for the nuggets but no nuggets.

Very slow and sloppy. I mean seriously McDonald's should always have french fries there should be no reason why there's six cars waiting for French fries come on people step up and I love McDonald's to death I can't see my life without McDonald's but I'll probably drive to the next McDonald's

WORST LOCATION OF THEM ALL. ALOT OF BAD REVIEWS ON THE MANAGER WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. ITS OK THE COMPLAINTS WILL BE SENT TO THE DISTRICE MANAGER TO VEIW THE REPORTS. RECENT VISIT I JUST WATCH ALL THE EMPLOYEES IN THE FRONT SCURRY AWAY FROM THE REGISTER AN THEY PUT A YOUNG BOY THAT DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. IT IS OBVIOUS THEY DONT WSNT TO RUN THE REGIISTER, THEY SCURRY AWAY MOVE FAST TO SEEM THEY ARE BUSY BUT REALLY TO JUS THROW SOMEONE ELSE ON THE REGISTER. THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE

I preferred 10 pc nugget to feed both of my grandkids 3 & 4 yrs old. I got home and only had 8 nuggets which each one eat 5 nd fries. I called and it went to some sort of auto message. I called gain and it was busy several times. I called again and they answered and then hung up. I eep calling and it keeps doing the same thing. As it is, it’s expensive and yet I couldn’t get a complete order!!!!
