I went through drive through, and ordered 3 sausage biscuits. I asked for 4 strawberry jellys and 4 grape jellys. The lady told me she could not give me that many withthe worst attitude. She gave me 3 of each instead. I told her I just Luke alot of jelly. But she was persistent that she would not give me the extra jelly i asked for.I asked her if she could charge me. She snatched my card as if she was going to charge me but didn't charge me after all. I'm not sure the change of mind for not charging me but I won't be going back to this location. Very rude ladies running the drive through.

Great management! John helped us with our order and he was exceptional! We were arriving into San Antonio in the evening, but we needed to stop to eat. We stopped at this location off of 410 and Culebra. The two lanes both had long lines. As we approached the window we were greeted kindly and professionally. Store looked clean inside and out. When we drove off to continue our trip we noticed our order was all wrong. We went back and John the lovely young gentleman (Manager) helped us with our order. He was prompt, courteous, kind and very apologetic! He made sure to get our order correct and made sure all food was hot and fresh. The presentation was beautiful just like the pics on the menu. He even carried it all out to us in a big box so that we had a huge drink/food box, especially since he knew we were traveling. I cannot express how impressed we were with his service and with his crew. It was late night, plus super super busy, but he did not hesitate nor acted upset at all. He is very professional and knows how to treat his customers. Now that's excellent customer service! That is why John is the manager here at McDonald's on 410 and Culebra; keep up the great work John, you will go very far with that attitude :)Thanks again-Patricia

Consistently slow in the drive-through. Wait time is 20-30min. Food was cold when i got it.
