Buy a five year warranty on bed and it broke the bed broken. They will not cover it. What the hell did I buy five year warranty for if they would not cover a broken bed they suck, and I will never buy furniture for mega furniture again.

Jeremy our sales guy was very helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable with all the questions that we had, he also was not pushy on trying to make a sale, which was awesome because we were still comparing prices. In the end we ended up buying from Mega furniture because Jeremy was able to offer us the better price from the competitors. ?

The sales team, especially Omar, who was our sales person were great. The store has a nice variety of quality furniture and they had great prices and specials. I recommend you check out Mega Furthermore when you are needing furniture. Our shopping experience there was very positive.

Jeremy did an amazing job. If you are looking for a place to buy furniture from this is definitely you're to go store but you need to get a hold of jeremy.Jeremy has the respect, the knowledge, the patience and the courage. But must important the way he handles his customers. He puts them first and makes them feel like real customers Any question I had, any concern you have, Jeremy is there to help BIGTIME . I felt no pressure and I felt like there weren't there to make you buy something .The delivery was great greatest experience ever. I will definitely buy again. And I will definitely recommend anyone that I know that needs furniture to go to mega furniture. But not just that ,jeremy is the guy that they are going to.

Would definitely recommend checking out mega furniture if you’re looking for new furniture. Not only are the prices amazing but the customer service is outstanding. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Jeremy who informed me that the item I saw online wasn’t available for display but he offered to show me a sectional that was similar to the one I was interested in. After leaving the store with the best price possible Jeremy made sure to keep me updated about the shipping and delivery process.

Angelica was AMAZING!!! If you need to shop here please shop with her! She has the best personality, she's EXTREMELY patient and when I say patient we have been in the store SEVERAL times due to closing but she kept the same energy the entire time! We are the most indecisive people and that didn't bother her at all! I would come back here to shop for all furniture because of her! This is a REAL review from a REAL PERSON! We have been to several stores, rooms to go, ashleys and we can't thank her enough for putting up with us.

Don’t trust these people with your information!!!!!! We gave them account information to see what we qualified for, the interest was out of this world, so we declined the purchase. They still charged our card days later!

Customer service while in the store was excellent…However, everything since then has been almost laughable. We were told that the living room set was all in stock at the San Antonio warehouse aside from an ottoman and that everything would be delivered in 2-3 weeks or we could get everything else delivered sooner if we pick up the ottoman. After not hearing anything for more than 4 weeks, I reached out to the warehouse for an update. I was told that the ottoman still was not at the warehouse so I requested to set up a delivery date for the rest and agreed to pick up the ottoman once available. The rep at the warehouse confirmed the delivery date twice so I scheduled a day off of work. On the scheduled delivery day, I followed up with the warehouse since I had not heard anything. They now say it was scheduled for another week out (about 7 weeks after initial purchase) which is definitely not true. Being that I now have zero faith that they will even stick to that delivery date, I’ve tried multiple times to contact a manager in-store before I schedule another day off of work for no reason. Good luck with that…the store phone rings until voicemail where you get told to leave a message followed by a notification that they can’t receive messages because the inbox is full. I assume that is from everyone else dealing with delivery issues. If you just want to pay someone a couple of grand to chat while you’re in the store, I would highly recommend this store, but if you’d actually like to receive what you paid for, you should probably consider elsewhere.

First time buying furniture and we had a terrible experience here. Great prices and our sales representative Kevin was awesome, but I cannot say the same about the manager Matt. After declining his offer on a tempurpedic mattress, he was veryadamant and kept insisting that we get it. He made it very obvious that he was bothered that we went with another mattress (that was in our price range) to the point we felt uncomfortable and left. We initially went back to be able to get a deal done with Kevin and in hopes Matt was not in that day, but unfortunately he was. With the help of kevin, we were able to get the bedroom set we wanted and were told it would take 1-2 weeks for our furniture to be delivered and a couple days for a confirmation email. 2 weeks passed and we hadn’t even gotten an email at least. I called and spoke to Matt, who told me he’d figure out what’s going on and would get back to me MULTIPLE TIMES. He never once called back or was “not available” each time we called the store. We ended up finding out that another order with a tempurpedic mattress was put in by MATT and had to be cancelled first and we were missing a dressing chest from our bedroom set because it wasn’t ordered. Matt was super unprofessional and upon confrontation said “what do you want me to do about it” and raised his voice at me over the phone when I was trying to have a calm conversation with him. I highly do not recommend working with him if you shop at this store. The rest of the staff were very kind and kept their professionalism.

I really don’t like to leave a review like this but this needs to be known. This was my first time purchasing furniture from this place. I fully paid within three months and was told it would show on my credit report. I then happen to find out it appears as a closed account. I do not understand why. On something I thought would be simple and helpful turned to be a horrible Experience. I will not be returning to Mega Furniture for nothing.

I purchased a couch and love seat about 14 months ago.I purchased the insurance. I have been attempting to use the insurance for 4 months now and both the insurance company and this company are incompetent from start to finish.This company doesn't know how to write invoices needed for their insurance provider and doesn't have a partner or person who deals with it.Pay a few hundred more and buy from literally anywhere else.If someone wants to fix this situation let me know. I will be seeing about bbb complaints and insurance fraud claims as this company mis represents the usability of the insurance.
