The worst customer service I've ever had in a furniture place I would never recommend this place to no one. I bought warranty for my sectional and it's been six months and they told me everything that will cover and I called customer service and the store and they said there was no such thing as that cover they offer me, and in my bill there's a cover charge. I don't know what this store still open. Please read all the reviews before you go to the store.

these guys will jerk you around and will not release your funds used to purchase the items. i waited 3 weeks for the items I purchased when it was delivered it was damaged... I was told the item will be delivered the next day (The next day) I was told the item is no longer in stock. when I went to the store I was met with stupidity and ignorance about my $700 purchase. when I called about my order I was told I would be refunded that day .Five days later, I was told by the staff (after I went down there) it was not the store that does the refunds but another office so it's been a month and I have not had a refund and keep getting jerked around STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! the selection on the floor is ok but it's not what's in stock very little is in stock that isn't damaged or returned as I found out.

Saw there were a lot of bad reviews for the Southside location so wanted to add my experience with them. Went in during the Black Friday sales just to look around and ended up buying an amazing sofa. The sales man who helped us (Jose Morales) was extremely helpful and was not bothering or pushy for a sale. He walked us through the process and I ended up just paying in cash or an amazing deal. I did not have this delivered. I went to the distribution warehouse and after waiting for about 20 minutes they loaned it up. I brought it home and setup was easy and straight forward. Sofa looks beautiful.

Horrible customer service. No compassion for elderly. Make changes on delivery dates then lie that they called. Military Drive location is the worst. Never again will I step foot in that store. have had partial delivered on a bed room set and have had what's missing pushed out about a month. if I would leave a half star I would.

We bought a sectional with a chaise last year in February. The salesman said the chaise could be moved to either side of the couch. To my understanding, it would look the same on either side. When we had it delivered, we had them install it the orientation we wanted. You could tell at that point, one side of the couch was longer than the other and made the couch look unappealing. I'll take the blame for not asking about the orientation thoroughly, but I was told the chaise could be moved. When I read their return policy, it states all sales final. Also, Mega will charge you a minimum of 40% restocking fee if they approve a return, exchange, or cancellation. We accepted the fact and figured that we could use the couch for a while as is. Sometime after the summer, we noticed the back piece had part of the wood frame sticking out. We called Mega and were told that we needed to file a warranty claim with the protection plan we purchased. The warranty said we should still have manufacturer warranty coverage. Called mega back, and the receptionist tried debating the coverage but eventually gave all the info. I travel a lot for work, so it was hard to file the claim with mega since I could not be home long enough to arrange it. Fast forward to August '23, we filed a claim with their 3rd party warranty, as we were told it would cover everything, including framing. We were told by the warranty that structural damage is not included in the policy. Looked up the reviews of the 3rd party ( Protectall by GBS) and it seems that they have a 1 star review and people have had multiple issues with the company denying even the smallest of stains and tears. Now, I'll have to and spend more money on a new couch since this one barely lasted 2 yrs. Buyer beware. You may find exactly what you're looking for here, but don't buy the warranty protection and make sure to inspect whatever it is you're having delivered thoroughly. Wood frame furniture is cheaply made nowadays, so if you're looking for long-term furniture, I suggest something with metal framing like recliners and a material that seems durable.

Our salesman, Jacob was very patient and professional. He went over pricing and options we had, we purchased a new sleeper sofa for our grandchildren the same day. We live outside of local delivery range so he arranged personnel to deliver and set up our new sofa they were very careful and set the unit up without a hitch. Thank you Jacob and Mega Furniture, we had our grandchildren for a sleepover last night, they love “their” new sofa and saidThey sleeper so we’ll!!!

Low quality furniture, high prices, absolutely horrible customer service. They do not answer the phone, rarely respond to voice-mail and take weeks to deliver. Delivered bed & dresser without feet, took another 2 weeks to receive. Delivered nightstand that wobbles and drawers don't open. The men who delivered knew the nightstand was broken and left it anyway. Why? No ehics and they just dont care. Its not their furniture and home being damaged.They ripped the weather stripping on my door by shoving the sofas through the door with the packaging instead of removing the packaging and carefully delivering. They had the driver call and argue with me at 10 o'clock at night for 30 minutes denying and refused to take responsibility. It would take $5.00 to fix, just be a decent honest company. I spent $5,500 and the salesman couldn't even spell my name correctly. Ugh.

Store on the south side san antonio manager act like child doesn't know how speak clients correctly.. I ordered a whole living room set paid it in full. Pick up time the recliner never came. This was in December it was back ordered 8 months later still nothing .. Finally reorder credited 578. For recliner 689. Was new item. They could have give it to me for all my troubles and waiting.. no the manager Roger Martinez has the Audacity of saying you will just get credited we don't need your business to stop calling the store. One I'm the one that to be behind them for item I already paid. So I just got my money back take my business else where.. Then he told my friend because I sent her with my card to get credit.. He told her he couldn't give discount because the owners are Arbic they don't let them give discounts. They dnt call their customers to informed them about anything but they can take your money and now I still have to wait 10 days to refund me to my credit card. Now let's see how long this goes getting my money back..

Please never buy furniture there. I spent two hours buying and getting pricing. Once I went to the financing thats when the crooked shady business started. I agreed to put half down of pricing taxes and delivery charges then finance the rest. I was then told my down payment had to be taxed again. When I ask why and expressed that wasn't right i was told that's the way they do business. Once I showed my frustration I was to told leave and never come back. The poor lady (sales person) who helped me quit on the spot cause she saw how wrong it was. I was then scolded by the manager and blamed me for loosing an employee. This was the worst experience ever buying anything. I feel bad for the sales lady
