Took it in for an oil leak and they told me everything that needs to be fixed but nothing abt the oil leak. I wouldn’t come here tbh, tried to upsale me and would not recommend to anyone.

This place is the WORST! I'll NEVER return here! The guy failed my vehicle for having HID bulbs during my annual inspection! I was so piss'd, but I knew I couldn't do anything about it!
So I went to my usual inspection place - and PASSED!
Meineke sucks!
NEVER will I return...I should've just gone to my usual place! I learned that day, 2listen to my 1st voice!

Mike was amazing no complaints about him but the price wasn't right...told me 477 total for ac and with fees it just kept going up and up...ended up being 650...Mike was awesome...but Maybe meineke needs to explain more on the total so there's no surprises.

The air conditioner was blowing warm air. Meineke charged me $500 and the AC was still broken. They asked for an additional $1500 by saying that it was caused by the evaporator core.
I took it to another mechanic and they fixed my AC for $161 (bad valves in the AC lines.)
This Meineke is either incompetent or they are thieves... Both scenarios warrant a 1 star rating.

It’s very nice to walk into a mechanic shop and be recognized as a loyal customer. Very honest, and educating every time I visit. Wont go to another location because this is the best and most consistent. Thank you Meineke!

This is a place I would recommend to my mom and anyone else because I trust their work and their recommendations. Justin patiently explained everything they were planning to do and what the charges would be in advance. Their communication system is excellent. I walked down to a nearby coffee shop while they worked. They texted me photos and explanations before doing the work, and I had the option to choose, just by clicking a couple buttons, what work I approved and what I wanted to decline. It was so easy and clear and efficient. Once it was all done, I walked back to the shop. Justin again patiently answered all my questions and gave me quite a bit of info about my vehicle. I really appreciated the education. He didn’t rush me, try to over sell me anything or appear annoyed when I asked the same questions twice because I really wanted to understand. He gave me great common sense advice…don’t rush to do expensive repairs if you can’t pay off the credit card.
