This experience was great, we went in to get a new family plan and Sam really took care of us. The process was thoroughly explained and was quick. Sam was very helpful and I appreciate that type of customer service.

I had a very good experience with the manager named Sam. He was extremely helpful in switching plans and getting my family new phones as well, all while letting me keep my same number, which i very appreciated. I would definitely recommend Sam to anyone visiting this location and I’ll definitely be back here too just for his excellent customer service.

I was added insurance with out asking for it my bill was $81 when it was supposed to be only $48 and another metro store helped me he just said ; you got burned . I’m changing carrier
