excellent service, honest, and very good explanation here at this location. Sam is very patient with customers even if we have a lot of questions. He is very approachable and kind. We need more customer service like Sam. I would definitely recommend coming to this location.

I was added insurance with out asking for it my bill was $81 when it was supposed to be only $48 and another metro store helped me he just said ; you got burned . I’m changing carrier

Recently my husband and i recently changed phone companies. We once were with Verizon and if anybody knows how Verizon works you probably be unsatisfied as well.It has been 3 weeks since we recently became new customers of metro T-Mobile. We were welcomed with a very understanding salespersonand, He was in every way Ready to Help Us out. Sam, Thank you so much for being Patient ,Super_Friendly , one of the foremost best team member ever!!!! Glad to be a part of Metro T-Mobile

I live in Washington State. My 19 year old daughter is traveling through Texas for a business project. She broke her phone. I sent her to get the upgrade that we qualified for while she was in Ft. Worth at 1201 Martin Luther King Jr, STE 101 on Jan 26th. The sales lady gave her the wrong phone, a Motorola G Stylus, not the 5g version of the same phone, and did not offer options. The sales lady did not provide a receipt as she didn't know how to load the printer tape. I am writing this just two days later. My daughter was sent to San Antonio, about 300 miles away. She went to a Metro store there, with the new phone and packaging materials. She was told that she could only make the exchange at the Ft. Worth location. It was a $60 difference in price. The state that all sales are final (on the non-existent receipt). I spent hours, on the phone, between corporate stores and "customer care". The best solution that anyone could come up with was for her to buy the correct phone at full retail, and sell hers privately. The customer care is horrible. They won't let to speak to anyone that could help at the corporate level. Worst experience.

Went to Metro store today looking and window shopping. But after visiting with Sam, the manager at this location. Guess who is walking out with a new phone and speaker....yep this girl. Sam was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me. He worked with my budget and still sold me a much better phone than I anticipated. Thanks a bunch.

I came to Metro by T-Mobile to by charger for my phone. I was AT&T customer for 5 years. This gentleman. SAM convinced me to switch to Metro. He gave me Samsung 5G phone and also gave me good deal on speaker.. I like it so much man... it was wonderful to be part of Metro by T-Mobile. Thank you so much Sam.

I bought the phone from some store. The girl didn't transfer my contacts. So I came to this guy in Bandera, the customer service guy not even transferred my contacts and pictures but also retrieved my gmail password. Sam is brilliant in his work. Metro should give him raise. He is very professional, generous and knowledgeable. I will always come to this store in future. Thank you Metro for hiring reps like Sam. :)
