Went here to handle my business and the associate was nice just long enough for his manager to see a nice associate. Rushed me out of the store even though I explained to him the urgency of my situation. After making a million jokes about charging and conspiring to take my money. Ha ha ha. If you would have done what I ask, I might not believe the joke was on me.

was told that they do not help with any trouble shooting , that they are only there to sell phones. If i needed any assistance with service to take it somewhere else. Metro PCS customer service has told me that all brick and mortar stores should be able to service phones as well. Was hassled into buying a new phone and was told a price for another phone I was interested in was actually not the price that was being offered. There were absolutely no incentives for being a valued customer for over a decade. Even though I had texts from Metro to come in for a free upgrade....this place is fraudulent! It has barely been 3 months and the new phone does not even turn on. The new phone that was purchased from this is location is apparently old models and they should have them on the shelves, Customer service from Metro flat out said these phones should not be sold in stores. SO WHY WAS I SOLD AN OLD PHONE?? Between a faulty service, a fraudulent transaction, and terrible customer appreciation I will possibly be looking into a lawsuit to retrieve damages done. I am missing out on texts important to my business and its because this establishments incompetence.

I have tmobile, Metro has Ad on new cst free cellphone. I called,no answer. I called 2 days later,to be told I had to be in store. Called back

Stopped by today to get help with an online order that messed up. I learned that the stores and the online have nothing to do with each other, but the employee PK was still very helpful and patient. We sat on hold with customer care for a solid hour and he helped me the whole time-- even though he knew he wasn't making any money off me.If I need a Metro PCS in the future, I will drive out of my way and go to this one. I got all bad news and nothing got fixed, but none of that was on the store, and I got more help in an hour with PK than I did after two days of calling myself.

Walked in there expecting to get a high pressured sell pitch and to get over charged. But i was completely wrong, Mr. Hyde was very attentive and helpful. He got me a good promotional deal for switching over on the phone, case , and protector.
