The WORST AND HORRIBLE STORE IN SAN ANTONIO. WE JUST LEFT FROM THIS STORE. THE GUY WHO WORKS THERE DIDN'T ACKNOWLEDGE US BEING IN THE STORE & LITTLE DID HE NOT KNOW WE WERE THERE TO PURCHASE 3 PHONES . WHICH THEY WORK OFF EACH PHONE FOR COMMISSION. WE ARE SORRY BUT WE WONT EVER DO BUSINESS THERE . ITS HORRIBLE AND DEAD THERE .. NO LIFE THERE , SEEMED LIKE A HAUNTED COLD HOUSE WITH CELL PHONES FOR SALE . TERRIBLE AND IF THERE WAS A 0 ON THE SCALE I WOULD RATE THEM THAT . MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP IT UP .

I don't know if it was just the day that I went in but I was too satisfied with the staff working there when it came to answering my questions. As soon as I asked a question they said the system was down. Ended up going down the street to another metro by t-mobile. But would go back to give them another try and see how they do
