Got to the store @ 5:30 & it was closed. The posted hours for Sunday are SUPPOSED to be open til 6. But clearly that was incorrect.

Just drive to the 151/410 location. Management is a joke and the employees aren't helpful. Not sure if this is a 'Corporate' store or not but just drive 5 mins down the road to a better location.

Since all stores changed I have experience Poor customer service, un educated, poor knowledge in product and service. Once they don't know the answer to a question they just hang up with out giving you a name and soon as you call back they hang up or disconnect the call without even speaking to you. Sure wish they go back to original Metro Stores.

I stopped in to the store due to a bill payment and when I spoke to Bri she was willing to help and helped me feel comfortable with the change in plan and has saved me close to 50 bucks a month. She definitely knew what to do to help a frazzled and stressed out customer like me I will definitely go back and recommend her service to anyone looking for help with the metro service.

My husband and I stopped by today and was assisted by Delilah. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. She made out experience less stressful.

Not happy with this corporate store , needs more knowledge , I will definitely be thinking bout new service , been here for so long not onc I've had issues with my accounts or getting anything fix . They specifically told me for me to be careful on what I tell the people on customer service which I understand that as a customer I do have a say in what's on my account but as a responsibility of a big corporate company you would expect them to know the proper way of handling situations. So I believe that the customer truly does have to worry what he says what is also responsibility of the corporate or the company to explain any altitude of any situation.this wasent a good experience first time n not ever again .

This company Metro mobile is a lair because I paid $120 for three screen protector’s and When I went to change my screen protector they said it’s not available anymore and they won’t give me my money back so they rob my money

We went in for a free tablet. The sales lady was so nice and took the time to show me how it worked. I got it to see and stream my American flat track motorcycle race's on fans choice T V I watched until the last main event of the night and yep I fell asleep and missed the race I wanted to see. ?

I highly recommend going to this store over any authorized dealers. The level of customer service and expertise provided by Lena was fantastic. She made the whole process of porting my number simple and easy and her knowledge of Samsung phones instilled me with confidence. I felt I was making the right decision of switching over and upgrading my phone to 5G.I was porting over from Boost and was running into issues getting a porting pin from Boost and Lena remained patient and willing to help me get it done no matter what it took. Porting tip: a major plus of porting your # at a corporate store is that you don't pay an activation fee plus they have a better stock of inventory compared to an authorized retailer I tried before. Ultimately I got a great deal on a great phone and have been in love with my new phone ever since!

Walked in for 2 upgrades on my plan and there were 4 employees just standing around and no one greeted me or helped me until I had to ask for help.

i am revising my review, because this store was the only one that without waisting my time upfront told me that the cost of the phone for me was $200 (once understood the asterisk note below). I was disapointed because online it shows $90 and also at the other stores. Came to find out that the price for my situation everywhere is $200 not 90. The other stores have it for $90 but after 40 minutes when i tried to get it the price was $200. The $90 is a bait to get you into the store only. Still $200 for the A52 is a good deal. I will try to get it next week.old review below.I came to the store because I wanted to switch from cricket and get 2 new Samsung A52 phones. On line and at other stores the switch price of the phone is $99 each. But this store has it a $200 each. I ask why difference from listed online and other stores and she said the price changed last night but it has not being reflected on the website. I went to the store on San Pedro and they told me that the promotional price has not changed but they only have one phone per store. Corporate store has more but I think they just hike the price. I guess I will stay with cricket.
