Sham went extra mile and help me get the new phone with low payment. Metro offers third party financing where interest rate is high but with bad credit I was able to walk out with brand new iPhone.

There seems to be a pattern here of the same guy or people pulling a rug over peoples head, mine included. I went in just for an upgrade and he practically forced the newest phone on me when I was only looking for a iPhone 13. I was gonna finance anyways so he did the application for me. I asked over and over and over what the total price was and he dodged the question time and time again. Never let me see any of the totals or anything only what he told me. Talked to to me and dumbed things down a lot. Was throwing in all kinds of cases and chargers and earbuds I didn’t ask for so I confronted him about it. He played dumb and said there wasn’t anything he could do as the financing went through already. I was starving and had family waiting on me so I went through with it anyways. I looked at all the lease arrangement online and my payoff was $1500 even after paying $241 upfront. For products totaling just barely over $1300. If I pay through the whole lease my total will be $2600. More than double the price of products. Avoid this place and that guy like the plague and spend your money somewhere else.

If i can give you less than one star i will do.I went to buy a cell phone, and they told me ok you are going to pay today a deposit. and the payment its going to be monthly so they start giving me some stuff. they said its free but later on i figure out taht they charge me for everything and they do not give me my receipt

Showed up 15 or so before close. (My husband got off work late) Just needed to exchange my Sim card which would have been quick. I was refused service stating they were already closed and always close early. As my daughter and i were walking out the door the lights were turned off before we stepped across the threshold back outside. Been a customer fwith Metro for YEARS. Would give zero stars if I could. He needs training in customer service and how to talk to customers. Will not be returning to this location.

Mickey & Mike were amazingly Fast, Efficient and Courteous. This location rocks! It has helped me in the past, And it’s where I bring all of the international students who come and stay with me. Best coverage & Great service. They have a huge selection of phones for free with a new line of unlimited service. They have great deals on cases and other accessories also.

Went into this metro store at the babcock location and it was splendid. I needed help choosing a right plan with phone and the associate name Mike guided me with honest opinion. I use to go to Corporate location by Ingram but since that Corporate location doesn’t exist anymore took a chance here and found it better option.Purchased on the spot in a short line and couldn't be happier. It was even cheaper than other place!

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. This establishment has the worst costumer service, terribly rude employees and Fraud. My fiancé and I had gone to get home a new phone, we were switching from Att to metro because we believed it was more affordable and reliable ( we were so wrong). Upon arrival at the store no one was there to greet us. Finally after calling out someone came up to us. We asked to purchase the 13 pro max but the man who helped us Mike said he had a better deal for us. He offered the 14 pro said we would get a better deal and would even throw some things in a “goodie bag” that he repeatedly said was free. Mike later on said how much of a deposit we would like to put down and we said only $200. It ended up coming out to $235. Finally after being there for almost an hour after finally purchasing our phone we were not given or asked if we wanted a receipts. The next day I checked to see how much we had left to pay off his phone and it was $1200, when on the store website and at the store they told us the whole phone is only $1,000. After calling costumer service they explained to me that we had only put down a $185 deposit and that the stuff in the “goodie bag” were actually items we were leasing and that were infact not free. I called the store and demanded a manager, the man on the phone had no idea what I was talking about and even told me to “try calling on Thursday when my manager is back”. What kind of establishment has no one to cover for the manager and leaves someone who has no idea what they are doing to run the store. I will absolutely never go back, worst establishment and management I’ve ever been too. Mike lies and will tell you he’s giving you free cases, chargers and phone screen protectors when he is indeed charging you for it. And tries to act friendly when you come around to call him out. Cooperate or whoever is above Mike need to fire him

Super friendly store representative helped me pick a phone then make sure I had the needed storage and features, and signed me in to his wifi so my Uber would not have to be cancelled or delayed, and consistently offered refreshments, the store was immaculate and welcoming, all in all I even forgot that I went to the location I normally go to, only to find that location closed, but I am happy that I found a new "go to" for my Metro by T-Mobile service and device needs!
