Awful experience. My husband tried to activate a phone, no internet, just a line for calling and texting, and the staff with horrible treatment said it couldn't just be activated without even trying. It’s okay if it cannot be activated but the treatment by the staff was very bad. We do it in Walmart for 30 and no problem everybody was so nice.

Couldn’t even walk in without coughing. I have asthma and an employee was smoking right outside the shop door then puts his cigarette above the door. Smells so terrible. Really makes the store look trashy.

I stopped in for a question about switching to metro and received horrible customer service by someone who clearly was very unhappy to help me. She ran through the process in under 30 seconds and was in a rush to have me off her hands. I’ll visit another store for a better understanding.

While the associate went to another store to pick up a phone that I wanted that they did not have in stock, which was above and beyond. He also charged me $35.00 for an screen protector I didn't ask for, didn't want & wasn't even for my phone. Then refuses to give money back saying they can't return accessories, even though the receipt says devices & accessories can be returned within 14 days. I can't return what was never given to me in the first place. I didn't want it & couldn't even use what you charged me for. I'm calling my bank to file fraud charges on this. Don't bother going here unless you want to be charged for stuff you never received.

I went by to swap lines and Grace the employee there lied straight to my face about needing a new sim card for my phone. Dont let them lie to you, your sim card can work on other phones just fine. When I confronted her she refused to give me my money back for the sim card. She claimed it's the owners policy to charge people more money than needed. Moral of the story this place will rob you per their policy. Save yourself some money and stay away from this location.

Best place to go if you want a great customer experience. Walked in not in the greatest mood, Ms Shandis energy was bomb! She not only made me laugh but she provided with all details on phones and accessories. I am one happy customer !

This store does not honor upgrades or promos. I was directed here from customer service to get my phone upgraded and they told me that I was eligible for an upgrade and they can see it but this store is a franchisee and owner doesn't allow them to discount the phones there.

I have visited this Metro store a few times since old owners stopped working there. I was a bit concerned as to how service would be But Ms Desirae is very polite, kind and Sweet. She greets and she has beautiful smile. She always helps me when I go to visit I will definitely be back to visit.
