The owner doesn't give a s shit about you, he won't help, he wont give refunds, he's just there to rip you off, ain't nobody in his store because they got ripped off too, STAY away and get this guy out of business!!!!

Bought a phone here a week ago,it's been receiving and making zero calls I brought it back to return it after getting another phone , as soon as I said return the phone the indian GUY working behind counter would not even let me finish talking once, he kept continuously cutting me off and telling me it was my fault for picking that phone, I agreed I picked that phone but if paying for service it should make and receive calls , I wasn't complaining about Internet service I needed call service because I'm epileptic and have monthly dr's appointments, he continued to tell me it was my fault while glancing at the indian radio app he had playing out loud on his phone and began ignoring me telling me all phone sales are final....this GUY should definitely learn what customer service means.... including just listening.....when you don't have the patience to let a person explain the situation of what has happened you shouldn't be working in customer service.......Been a customer here for 5+yrs but after an incident like this from that old rude indian GUY I'll soon take my service somewhere else, this place basically took $140 from me for a brand new current phone that isn't receiving service, I was told in store my 15 month old phone wasn't on the market or being sold anymore that's why it probably wasnt working but could be helped IF I was gonna buy a new phone so I did AND it doesnt work...so I got another one and now Ive basically been robbed for $140 for a brand new no service receiving phone w/no refund only 7 days old.....so no you won't win back my trust with your shady store employees...👎 And I don't recommend this location either, especially if looking to start service or buy a new phone and you walk in and there's an Indian GUY w/glasses sitting there listening to his phone out loud in the store because he will not listen to and talk over you raising his voice and be very rude , he will get offended if you ask him to let you finish speaking and he needs more training....just don't go here PERIOD...and exactly every response from the owner for poor customer service is exactly the same? 🥱

Came in overpaying for my phone bill with t-mobile. Left with a new bill that was half the total of my previous, yet with more services.. Alex at the front desk went out of his way to take care of me and hooked it up with a free speaker n tablet. Come here if ur bill is too high.

Would give ZERO stars if allowed. Just had lunch and decided to finally replace a second phone that was cracked. The worst customer service from the rudest employee ever. I mentioned T mobile always sends a free/upgrade for my phones. He proceeded to dryly tell me that free and upgrade are 2 different things, that didn't happen...it's been almost 10 years. He then proceeds to show a very basic phone. I only wanted a phone not the service but kept talking about a service. I said do I even get a chance to pick out my phone ...he interjected that I
"If you let me finish I was just starting with that phone". His tone and demeanor was offensive nonetheless. I told him never mind , this isn't what I was expecting. He muttered under his breath and I said "excuse me"..He said you heard me. I am a General Manager, I would NEVER have that type of energy be the face of our businesses. He definitely needs more training. I will patronize a more friendlier T Mobile.

Mike was the best seller I ever met in a phone store, not only did he run me through every option and opportunity I had avaliable, but he was very patient and kind as he explained the process. I would love for there to be 2 Mike's at every location
