Rahim, very helpful went out of his way to make sure I left out the store with great deal, very cool person, I appreciate everything he did for me and my wife and made my kids very happy, so glad I ran into him. This was 3rd metro store I came to, other stores where not doing the deal he gave us. They wanted to charge us full price for switching from cricket, so glad I ran into Rahim ?

I was about to change companies but seeing the treatment they give me I would regret it. I have called 3 stores and these are where they were most rude. It seems that they don't care if they sell or not, they don't care about the clients.I called to ask about the iPhone 12, which according to you are on promotion for 99 and already with all the charges that make one and more apart, it says that it is an obligation to buy the accessories there, that is, the case and screen protector, otherwise it says that they can't sell me the phone. Well, what I'm going with is everything and the surcharges and accessories, the phone costs me 400 dollars, so what promotion is that?I was thinking of changing with them but better not. Don't let them make fools of you.

These guys were fantastic! Great team working today when I went in. I upgraded my phone cuz it was bad. I put electrical tape on it. It was that bad.Well, I got my new phone, case, speaker and a tablet all with in my price range. I just needed a new phone but could definitely use those extras. I like metro and been using them for around 10yrs or so. I've only had 1 bad experience but it was ironed out. I have had 2 great experiences this being 1 of them. Thanks Metro PCS.

If they can replace phone if lost without paying extra money or reset to another line of phone number without charging and changing. So pleased continue to take care of customers with excellent service

Upgraded my phone and the lady told me the charge cable came with the phone but I had to purchase the box. What she failed to tell me was the cable does not work with any box it has 2 ends that go into the phone. I called and was told that it's the right cable but you have to purchase the box. No I don't. I had the money to buy the box but it isn't going to happen. Your company is gouging its customers unnecessarily because of greed. Every phone I have bought has come with cable and box. You demonstrate one of the big problems in the U.S greed. Customer service needs to be updated. This service with attitude don't need it. If I can be respectful to you you can be respectful back. Be disrespectful and that opens the door for disrespect back.

DON’T go to this location! You will get scammed! The employee that helped us said things were free with a purchase of IPhone come to find out was charged through smartpay and she only credited $148.11 to my account when I paid almost $250! Emailed owner said he’s no longer with this location! I guess she needed money that bad pretty sad have to do this to people.

I was sprayed with air freshener upon entering the store because I am a smoker. She was rude and unprofessional.They were 2 girls one on each side!!!!
