Hamaad lied and told me he signed me up for a different plan once I got home and looked at my new phone I see where I was charged $75. He didn't give me a new phone for fee says it's only for customer transferring from cricket or boost...I don't know why I didn't listen to my first mind and run ..Don't trust this shop...find a different one.

Great store. Got new A35 after Dr.Phonez couldn't fix A32 phone after new screen.. 4 times. Turns off completely. Harry was awesome on new phone deal. Thanks guys

Made a visit here after I was informed by my current carrier I would have to port my number to another company.Regardless of the lack of my current company, I did arrive to Metro PCS to find the extremely efficient and well demeanored KAT!!This amazing employee took her time to guide me, be patient and had me ask all the right questions so I could get my number ported over to Metro.After the extremely long calls with my carrier I finally was able to obtain a knowledgeable employee who corrected and clarified everything to me.Again this was almost a 2 hour process and I definitely pay all my respects and compliments to an extraordinary employee. Kat went beyong her duties and was dedicated enough to give her service with a great attitude, even though my issue was resolvedGREAT JOB KAT , KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!! YOU'RE TRULY THE REAL MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.So yes I may buy after all!!Happy Holidays and have a blessed New Year!!
