I haven't been with the company not even a month and already I'm having the worst experience I'm not getting what I'm paid for on top of that I'm being charged a different price from what in store at priced me customer service and the store do not communicate whatsoever you get the runaround worst decision ever I had Metro before and they were trash even back then only reason why I came back was due to friends saying they have improved a lot which is false still trash still a s***** company I do not recommend you're better off at at any other prepaid companies I didn't even want to leave a one star had no choice your money should be well spent somewhere else stay far away from the company you will regret it just like I did I'm already planning on going on to a different company and I haven't even been with them a month

I recently visited this location and I couldnāt be more impressed with the experience! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me find the perfect phone for my needs. They offered great recommendations based on my usage, budget, and preferences, and made sure I understood all the features before making a decision. The store itself was well-organized and easy to navigate, with a wide selection of phones and accessories. I also appreciated their transparent pricing and the various financing options available. Overall, I had a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the market for a new phone!

That NADA YADA YADA slogan besides corny it's a SCAM. Be careful !!! There are SURPRISES... They advertise the Iphone 11 for free, and the associate just told me that if I switch from Cricket to Metro it would be $200 plus more charges... When I switched to Metro several years ago I got a free Iphone for real. It is sad how things change over the years. FALSE ADVERTISMENT. I will stay with Cricket.

I went in thinking I was getting a good deal on 2 phone with free phone cases for both. After looking at receipt I had been charged over $100 for them then saw I was charged for a $75!plan and a $40 plan when it was suppose to be 2 $40 plans. What is a $75 plan anyways. I went back the following dayfor a refund and I was denied it. Even tho Metro PCs has a promise to refund as long as it hasn't been over 14 days. Owner lied about plan and free accessories. And refused to show me where it states that I can't get a refund. Dont take a chance there. Reporting Metro PCs to BBB and to the Deceptive trades practice acts.

I guess I am late for a review, however, better late than never. Three of my children have their lines with this joint. Reps Sajeed and Naveed are twins in a very good service. They know how to maintain the delicate balance of customer service and company interest. They have always been extremely helpful in their professional advices and high standard of service. I salute them and wish them a happy and successful new year.
