I would like to give Claudia a 5 Saturday She is very accommodating for metros company. We went to so many material company's any nobody would help with it issue. As soon as we walked in Capitals greeted us with a smile and got right on top of our problem. She fixed it no time l will always come to this location just for Claudia.
Thank you Claudia, you did an amazing job. We left with a smile on our face cause we were so pleased with her work. I will never this location to many ppl in and family and friends.
By the way Claudia is amazing at being a sales associate. She can get customers to buy stuff when they really don't want to not it so she's can talk them into buying y'all's products . Keep it up Claudia.

The 2 men in the store today were knocking off and rude could not helpful at all just sent me omw to look for my id came BK to be told I needed money so they can work with me ..so went hm with the problem not solved it's always about money with this company if I had credit the first time why shouldn't I have credit now? My whole bills paid Only 1 day away from a 140 monthly bill ,he says I have protection but I still have to pay close to 80$ ridiculousness not satisfied all all...

These people are crooked swindlers! Seems is someone walks into their store with a phone from another dealer but doesn't know the PIN to the account, they will call in to customer service and change the PIN so that they can make changes to the account. My husband went up there and talked with the manager, but I still think the corporate headquarters needs to be made aware of this incident.

Awesome outstanding customer service from the gentleman Tony. Who was volunteering on ww white from his original location on Pleasanton and division. If you ever need help or a good customer service guaranteed, then I highly recommend to ask for Tony. He will answer or help you make the best decision in a phone. Way to go Metro on hiring a great person. ?
