Me and my husband picked up a WiFi router from Metro T mobile we got home and it didnt work we had to drive 30 mins back to the store to find out theres something wrong with it and they had to order a new one I would give them 0 stars if that was an option.
Edit to add: this is now Thursday went to the store sunday, we called them about the wifi to see if it's ready and it says line not in service when you call. We gave them 27 dollars and no call back about the wifi and can't even get ahold of them.This place is a scam do not go to this location.

Customer service is terrible when you dial 611 they flat out lie to Customer just to get you off phone if you for supervisor they make every excuse to say you can't been trying to resolve issue since August have called a dozen times and each time was promised and guaranteed issue would be resolved in 3 to 5 days only to be sent text message saying case was closed and nothing was done

After being a metro customer for over 10 years. I walked into the store the other day to upgrade my phone. We got a good deal on tablets for the kids when we went to pay our bill a couple of days ago. Not sure what happened during the process but we woke up this morning to no phone service and lots of confusion. Big THANK YOU to Mark for helping us out today! We really appreciate you helping us out!

Very poor service and i never get charged any extra fees when I pay it other stores but every time I go here they keep changing it and making it more and more. Manager was rude
