I usually trust this store but not anymore they added devices to my account and changed my plan without telling me. Took me 3 day to clean up the mess they made of my account.

The store has been over charging me by $20 dollars ever month now that I checked my bill I found out and going to a different carrier company.

It smelled and was clean.and the one employee there was friendly and knowledgeable.the only bad thing I notice was, only one employee I had to wait almost an hour.good thing I was washing my clothes next door.

Great store but the girl with all the piercings has poor customer service and it seems like she doesn't want to work cause when I needed help changing my payment date she told me I couldn't do it all I could do was a 72 hour extension but I easily went on the app and did it with no problem just have to go and pay in the store but everyone else is great in that store I just do not recommend asking for her help cause she will not do he best to help you

Went to this Metro after getting lazy not so good service at the location on cupples and 90. Walked in and Edna was there to help us with our concerns and was very patient when explaining options and getting everything started was so smooth. Plus she can laugh and work. Way to go Edna!!

Edna was the most helpful sale rep . I've been to several metro locations and have always felt cheated disrespected and felt the employees didn't know what they're job description required but I was very satisfied and would refer anyone to this location to see her

i moved across town and i got a txt msg i could get a refund if i returned my wifi box since i wasnt using it so i went to return it and the guy said i couldnt return it and i needed to go back across town he wasnt doing anything just on his phone and couldnt help me bad customer service
