We have gone to this location multiple times and spend so much money here all the time and have never had any issues. Normally, I go with my husband today he went alone and was racially profiled, followed around the store and accused of stealing. He honestly had no clue why the woman was screaming at him and telling him to show her where he had put the stuff that he didn’t purchase, so she could verify that he hadn’t stolen anything. He was looking for a pedestal or crate for a horse decoration we had recently purchased. Look, he’s a man and doesn’t know where anything really is in the store and when they asked if they could help they were extremely rude and unhelpful. We won’t be coming back and beware of the woman that was working today on 10/11/2024 around 1 pm.

The one cashier was taking his sweet time checking out another customer, so we used self check out. It wasn’t working, so we pinged for assistance and waited and waited. We tried using a different product which also didn’t work, so we pinged for assistance again, and watched another employee walk right past us. I don’t shoplift, but I guess that’s what the employees wanted so we just had to leave without what we came for.

Typically, I love this location, but today, the cashier was very condescending when I told him the sign said the pampas grass was on sale and the pricewas $11.99. He just removed it from my purchase and was telling me I was wrong. (note: I did have 50% off fall floral, too. He was thinking I was asking for 50.)
As I tried to explain…He refused even to listen. After check out, I took the photo to him to let him know he needed to remove the sign of he wasn't going to honor it. I got the rudest smirk from him and eye roll.
Pretty sure he was the keyholder/manager for the shift.
Will not shop this location of I see him working.

This location has been the best Michaels I have ever been to. I have had to order multiple custom frames this year and I have had a pleasant experience since day one. Isabel has gone above and beyond for me on every one of my visits. Mollie does an amazing job in the framing department. The whole store is always organized and clean. All the other staff have always been welcoming and helpful when I needed it as well. If I can help it, this will be the only Michaels location I will be visiting from now on!
