No use signing up for craft events, you stand on line to get skipped. Staff member conducting the class seemed sick and constantly coughing. Event space was right in front of the entrance door on a little table. Definitely wasn't thought out. Hopefully other events at this location is well planned out. Door greeter was very pleasant at the entrance and exit.

Great great great selection of vinyl and sublimation materials. Also this is the first location I have seen that carries the wood you can use with a cricut machine

We have the app and when we see an item or get email when item is instock we call the store and the employees don't go and look for the item they just look on same app and yes they have it so drive across town only to find its not in .even after calling the employee and telling them how far we are travelling...

Overall, a well stocked store. Seems to be a little smaller than others. The staff is friendly. Had a small issue with a custom mat but it was corrected without any issues. They do have a mobility cart for disabled customers.
