Bad service my car needed an oil change. I went to these location early in the morning, they told me they were busy with other cars to come back @ 2pm. I went back 1:40 pm and they told me they didn't have a manger and they didn't know how to work the computer. I went to other location they told me system was down , to come back the next day.

Randy and his team got me in right away. I called because I was hearing a noise coming from the rear brakes.
The tech who inspected my breaks found the problem right away and made the repair.

Can’t trust my car with negative energy 😳 so I woke up extra early so I could be 1st for an oil change on my only day off before my busy day full of activities and the Midas were 5-10 min late to open (1st red flag) then the guy opening was not welcoming at all and was like I’m not even opened yet can you give me 5 min? UNPROFESSIONAL red flag 2 (Like sir you had 5 min already) but anyways then he opened and was like well I can’t get you right now I still have 3 cars leftover from last night (unprofessional flag) then he said we’re not doing walk in oil changes at this location. It was very much giving “I hate my job, I hate it here” & why are you here so early?” So I politely and graciously said ok and left and now here I am getting serviced at a different Midas all the way on the other side of town but the service is 200%better

Had a fitment problem with a Catted j pipe for my jeep,they couldn't get it to seat was the claim, according to kids that work here now, Aaron who I had to speak with, should not have any contact with people, might improve business, was explaining options which of course will cost more money. This guy talked so slurry fast I had to tell him to slow down that he sounds like a tape being fast forwarded. Could not understand the blathering. Called the manufacturer of the product,they said they never had a complaint of this part not fitting. They wanted to speak to the tech,but was past this option as I instructed the delinquents to reinstall the old part back on. So I ended up paying 300$ for nothing. Also had a serpentine belt put on . A Duralast? What in the world? The cheapest junk. Cost 220$. Since the departure of Doug the previous owner this place has gone downhill. I never had any problems ,issues or disappointing outcomes in over 20 years having work done here. I will never return. Overpriced, inexperience, terrible communication, all this adds up to YOU the customer getting screwed. Find another shop people.

Went in for an Oil Change
Service, got there Ike got me in and out in a very reasonable time, approximately 30 minutes and this was at noon. Great employees make a business even better.
