If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this location on 11/3/25 for an oil change and a transmission flush. As I was leaving for another appointment, a loud noise was coming from under the hood. I called them and they said it was because I was missing a bolt and that was probably rattling. That was NOT the case. I had to take my car to another mechanic (did not trust Midas to fix the problem since they tried to blame me. My oil had gunk and slime in it. And the transmission fluid was the wrong one for my vehicle and smelled real bad and causing the noises to occur. I had to have both services re-done to fix my car that Midas damaged.

Gave me my car after three weeks with the check engine light still on. Said the car was working fine. Went to my dealership and that was not the case. Will never shop at anh midas again

Been coming here for 3.5 years but this is my last time since there are new people that work there. The brake shoe on my car wasn't bolted back down after Midas swapped my brake pads. One bolt fell out while I was driving, and the brake shoe fell onto the rotor and created a safety issue as it happened while driving down the road. The other bolt was removed by hand after I stopped the car. After talking to three different people at Midas, they didn't seem to care. The apology sounded like an inconvenience/annoyance rather than an apology. I get mistakes happen, but I can't overlook apathy when it comes to safety issues.

I was driving down the interstate when my car suddenly lost power and started idling rough with misfires. The closest place I could limp it to was this Midas. I dropped it off on a Friday, and they told me they could look at it the next day, but they charge a $165 diagnostic fee (which would go toward the repair if I went forward).
The next morning, they called to say the issue was ignition coils in cylinders 1 and 4. The woman on the phone acted like she was giving me a discount, but then hit me with a $1,300 quote. I had just replaced my spark plugs in January, so I knew they didn’t need to be replaced — yet she insisted they “had” to replace all four coil packs and spark plugs, no exceptions.
I told them I’d pass and pick up my car. On the way, I stopped at O’Reilly’s and bought a coil pack of 4 for $250. I drove my car across the street to a Murphy’s parking lot, swapped them out myself in 20 minutes, and the car now runs perfectly.
That’s right — I fixed it myself for $1,000 less than their quote.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE unless you want to be overcharged and taken advantage of.
EDIT: I’ve now driven the car across the country to Maine and back without a single issue. The distance my car has gone since the visit here is just confirming my decision to save $1300 and walk away from this place and never look back. I love Midas but this location needs to seriously have an auto inspector come and hire a new manager and techs all together.

If I could put zero stars, I would win in early this morning just for a quick question and price of an oil change. Lady receptionist took forever, then got on her personal phone and was on a personal constant attending to the customer. I decided to walk out and give my business to somebody else never again will I go back to this place horrible customer service
