Whenever I ask for oil change no matter which day of the week or time of day they say 2 hours wait time! fixed! and advertise oil change for 39$! dishonest business!

They told me that rotors must always be replaced when doing a brake service. I spoke with several other repair services and they stated this is not correct as run out must be measured to determine if beyond tolerance. The price to service all four sets of pads and rotors was over $200 more than the local Honda dealership charges IF they had to replace all four rotors and pads with OEM parts.
I also had a fuel pump go out on my Ram 1500. I had just transferred my DV plates to my truck from my Ram 1500 that was totaled. They ordered the pump based on my license plate and NOT the VIN and charged me for both the wrong fuel pump and the correct one. I am in the process of suing the owner of the franchise in small claims as he agreed to refund the cost of the pump they did not install. I suspect they got credit for a return on the wrong part, or installed it on another truck, either way, I paid for two fuel pumps. That was over a month ago and he has stopped responding to my texts, although they all show read.
In summary, they lied to me then ghosted me on the refund. I wish they had a zero star rating. I am a disabled senior citizen that they thought was stupid.

I always come to Midas for my mechanical needs for my work truck. John was always a great service person. He has moved on to the Grissom location I just found out but the other guys here are amazing and professional too. They are knowledgeable with all things dealing with vehicles. Visit soon!

A/C has been a on-going issue with my vehicle, so when I need to have it addressed I know I can take it over to Midas and have it serviced with no worries. Aaron at the Culebra location was a big help.
