I have been bringing my suits and jackets here for some time. The work is always done on time, and the clothes always come out looking great.
Recently I took a chance purchasing some thrifted wool dress pants and brought them in to Midtown Cleaners for a proper cleaning and press. Midtown Cleaners was attentive and careful in pointing out some of the wear and tear on the pants (even pointing out some minor details I had not noticed). Unfortunately, I did not realize that they had been machine-washed in water, which can destroy the shape of a dry, clean-only garment (as they took the time to explain). They were in rough shape, for sure. But Midtown Cleaners told me they would do their best to make them look as good as new.
They exceeded my expectations. The pants look great! They really do look as if I just got them off the rack. I really appreciated them taking the time to go over the details with me and the care they took to give them new life. It is rare to find that level of customer service these days.

Took my king size comforter in to be drycleaned, just took out of plastic to put away and found it had been washed, NOT drycleaned! I had asked it be drycleaned only!The filling was in big lumps AND it had an L shaped rip
that was not there when dropped off ! I will not use nor recommend this establishment again!
Update , Owner has graciously agreed to pay to replace comforter and refund the cleaning cost. We are in agreement mistakes, accidents happen and communication is key. I will be using this establishment again, we all deserve a second chance and the owner was very helpful.

I went in last week to drop off a formal gown, a blazer, and two button-up shirts. Their work is AMAZING! The service was completed the next day by 5 pm given that I dropped them off late in the afternoon the day prior. Very friendly service!

Their service and quick turnaround has been t h e best ever used. Cleaning of uniforms and tux has been perfectly wash, starched, and pressed each time. Great service DON CARR, Converse Texas.

This is a great family-owned and operated business. Karen and Bill are “owner - workers” who are on site. Friendly and welcoming and know their customers. Excellent prices! Been using for two years since moving to Windcrest. Perfect results every time. They also do small repairs, buttons, minor rips. There are not a lot of businesses around like this anymore.
