Don’t waste your money or energy.I left with cough suppressant for a sinus infection. She knew my symptoms and never tested or brought up a sinus infection. When I told her in the follow up she didn’t even test me for it she said there isn’t one.. there is - it’s a white blood cell test. She said I can’t have antibiotics for two days. Because you need to have symptoms for 7 days - (I’ve only had them for 5) leaving no room for human error, ie. having symptoms and not realizing or underestimating my symptom days. Her solution is to go in two days from now, pay another $100, for the visit, to finally get antibiotics.I will never again waste my time at another minute clinic.

There is nothing worse that being sick & turned away from an LVN woman with salt & pepper hair, who didnt even bother to address or be empathetic to my situation. The website clearly says “walk-ins are accepted” there was no wait-list posted on the screen & no individuals waiting. She just sat on her desk for 15 minutes on her phone without even acknowledging me. When approached, she had the audacity to say that they were fully booked. Being in the healthcare field myself, this was definely complacency at its finest. Didnt even bother asking the NP assigned for the day.

Lauren Clark NP is the best! This was my first time coming to a CVS minute Clinic and I will for sure come here instead of going to an urgent care. There was no wait time and I was in and out within 30 min.

I walked in to the med clinic and there was a guy that didn’t even work in the medical area he was restocking items, denied me service I even explained my situation that I took a long walk after looking up online that walk in were accepted he did nothing for me didn’t even go ask someone from the medical team. Feeling sick i had to walk to o another place. First time this ever happened at a cvs. Nobody took there time to try to help me, just kept restocking items and talking to me like he was more interested in restocking items then helping me

I had not only one but two appointments cancelled with less then 24 hours notice. Both times the reason I was given in the automated email was “weather or staff.” You’d think they would know 4 days in advance if they would have staff available. Clinic no longer allows walk ins either so I’m forced to make an appointment several days in advance to just have it cancelled. This happened at 2 separate locations so I doubt it’s truly a staffing issue. I used to be a loyal customer - no more.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A MINUTE CLINIC!!!!ive always use CVS for our covid experience. This is was the only one available for my sons covid vaccine. The blond woman Dr on duty said due to us being late they could not take us in, but let a walk in behind me go in for her vaccine. And when i raised the question to the manager he stated she must have had a appointment. The lady clearly stated as we waitied she did not know she needed an appointment and did not have one but was still taken to the room and given the vaccine. I left in a rage. What makes you think im gona have that Dr stick my son now. We were late due to my son having a blow out in the car and still didnt even give us a chance. There were only 2 ppl siting after already being with the dr. There was no reason why she couldnt take 3 min to give my son the vaccine.

The store looked clean and the people were friendly!! I loved the nurse on duty related alot to my situation and the Dr on duty was just as amazing making me feel welcome and comfortable there. The pharmacy people were also sweet and got my Rx to me fast despite them only having two people on hand. I hope people don't give them a hard time for not having a lot of staffing because they all seem like genuinely nice humans ? please be kind and considerate to those in these practices we all need to show a little kindness.

Horrible location. They have physicals on their website, I get there and there is not a such thing. Proceeds to call her boss and they do with a cost of 89 bucks. It’s either you do it or not. How do you work there and not know if you do them? Especially when you’re the NP. No such thing as a minute clinic more like an all day incompetent clinic!

Set up an appointment online, only to get there and there be a sign that it is closed. Missed work to get here , If you are closed don’t open up appointments . Ridiculous

Please rename....I stopped in for a flu shot. It took about an hour. Then they billed it to the incorrect insurance so I had to look up information to contact them and then wait on hold to get the insurance information corrected. So, for a flu shot, I'm almost 2 hours into this \"minute\" clinic.

Unprofessional and they cancelled my appointment after i had waited 30 minutes and proceeded to lie to my face that they called my phone and checked to see if I was there. She did none of those things.
