Definitely recommend the Minute Clinic. It's easier and more cost effective than going to Urgent Care it helps that they are open on weekends. Clinic staff was great, efficient, professional and exhibited great bedside manner.

It was easy to make appointment online the day before my visit. The practitioner saw me on time. He did a through exam and explained the reason for my flue/cold symptoms and prescribed medication. He was professional and courteous. The waiting and the examination areas were clean. They have blue masks if we need them. To be on the safe side, I wore my N95 mask when I went in.

This place is a great option to Urgent Care if you only need to be seen for minor issues. I think it would be excellent for strep, flu, vaccinations, etc.
My issue was a painful abscess that needed to be drained. It was very uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly. They saw me, checked vitals and prescribed antibiotics. When I asked the nurse about draining the abscess she stated she has not done very many and I should go to urgent care instead. Had they told me this from the get go, I would have saved my money and just gone to urgent care. An easy way for them to charge insurance and make $$ without fully addressing the issue.

Being ill is a miserable experience. My visit to the Minute Clinic was very positive. It is well laid out, organized flow and spacious waiting area.
My practitioner was professional, empathetic and reassuring.

Avoid this clinic! An adjustment for the prescription (anti-biotic) was required by my servicing pharmacy. Message was sent from servicing pharmacy. CVS NEVER RESPONDED, therefore prescription cannot be filled. NP who provided care obviously has not responded. CVS Customer care number [1-866-389-2727] is a joke. On hold for over two (2) hours on separate occasions with a non-response.
Contacting BC/BS to file a formal complaint since my insurance was billed for SERVICES NOT RENDERED! Unacceptable health care!!!

I’ve gone to minute clinic for years and had never experienced the headache I’ve been dealing with. My insurance provider says that they’re in network however when the claim was submitted it was under the provider who isn’t contracted with any insurances. How can I tell what provider I am going to see depending on the time and date I go in? Customer service is a joke try to ask for a supervisor and the rep asked why would you need to talk to a supervisor. The rep couldn’t explain how to determine which provider was gonna be there if the minute clinic is in network the provider may not be.

If you want to come and forbid money for something - welcome to this place. We made an appointment on May 2, 2024 with a child. After the examination, the doctor said that she did not know what was wrong with him and redirected him to the ER. But she didn’t forget to take money for the visit. Strange, I thought that money was paid for WORK, and not for ignorance! It’s a pity that you have learned to accept money for medicine, but not to treat it!

Amazing NP! I have gone a few times and have seen NP Melissa Gonzalez. She’s very caring, down to earth and knows what she’s doing. I was even offered me a tetanus shot the NP saw I needed. NP Gonzalez sent my antibiotic to the pharmacy there and I got it within 5 mins. I had my appointment and went in and out with my antibiotics within 30 mins! She had a busy clinic yet she’s efficient, took her time calmly and called me back to talk to me about my antibiotic after the culture came back needing a change. I’m very thankful and highly recommend her.

Made an appt online. Was seen promptly, and my VA Healthcare covered my visit and meds that were prescribed.
