Hands down the best place. I’ve needed a lot of vaccines for school, titers/blood draws etc and this place makes it really convenient. I’ve met with two nurses either once or a handful of times and each time they’re so efficient. I’m weird with needles and Crystal is just so damn good at it I practically feel nothing. Will always come back !

The absolute worst in Healthcare! Highly not recommended. Tried to file a complaint and even that process was a complete joke. The physician I saw 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment even stated how awful it was working there as a doctor. There was no nurse. She clearly flustered and had no clue what to do. Trying to get get a follow up after my visit....still pending. The doctor that saw me is MIA. So they wanted me to come in AGAIN to be seen. Makes absolutely no sense. This was first and last time EVER using the minute clinic. Disappointed is an understatement.

I was sent all the way over to this location on a 20 minute drive from the pharmacist at my other CVS for a vaccine from the Minute Clinic due to my insurance limitations.
The pharmacist that helped me stated this location takes walks-ins. In addition, I called this location before heading over, and their automated message stated this location accepts walk ins.
I walked in and was refused to be seen by the doctor as a walk-in, and she stated I needed to schedule an appointment (the next appointment wasn't available until 6 hours later.) Even after I told her the situation, she said this location NEVER takes walk-ins and I needed to make an appointment.
Stop lying to customers and pharmacists and update your information.

We have used multiple Minute Clinics and every experience has been great. It's super easy and a seamless process from setting up the appointment to picking up any prescriptions afterwards all at the same location. Will definitely be returning and using again.

Crystal was awesome!! She very helpful and patient with my 2 littles ones. We had 3 TB test done back to back and had to input our insurance manually. I was skeptical with the previous reviews. Good job

Alamo Ranch location. The Minute Clinic was great. My PC Dr. retired recently and I can’t get in as a new patient to my new Dr. till July. I got a nasty sinus infection that just would not go away. So my first time using the CVS clinic was a great success.
It’s not an ER, or a full Urgent Care, but for my purposes it was a great fit.

This was my first visit to the Minute Clinic, and I was very pleased with my experience. I was able to quickly find a suitable time to schedule a visit at the clinic. The staff was friendly, warm, attentive at all times. They took the time to get more background information about my symptoms and current prescriptions as well as the interactions. The visit was less expensive than an urgent care or emergency room and very conveniently located.

I scheduled my appointment for blood work, however when I arrived the NP said she couldn’t do blood work because the nurse wasn’t there to draw blood. 1. Why would the system let me schedule blood work at that time slot when a nurse wouldn’t be there? 2. The NP was perfectly qualified to do a simple lab draw. Total waste of time and won’t be coming back to that location.

I had a great experience! The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were so kind and professional. I was in and out in under an 30 mins, which is amazing for walk-in care.
The clinic was clean. I'll definitely use this service again!
