I walked in to the minute clinic right after work hoping to be seen. But as is turns out, they had no more openings that day. The nice lady still asked why I needed to be seen same day and I informed her that I was having a really bad skin reaction. She still took the time to call over the doctor so that she could at least look at my arms to see if she could help. The doctor right away knew what was wrong and gave me some recommendations. They could have just told me to come back later, but they were nice enough to help me out right then and there. I am really grateful for the quick help.

I’ve been here twice recently and have nothing but fantastic things to say! Every person I came in contact with were professional, kind, and made me feel that they truly cared about my well being. The last provider I saw was NP Dhungana, she was very helpful and was able to address all of my issues without rushing the appointment, but it was still quick and easy. Thank you to the team at this Minute Clinic! Will definitely be returning if I ever need to.

Told me to walk in when I called, then said they don't do walkins. Took 10 minutes to pretend to help and then said sorry. What the heck? You could have treated me in that time.

I can't say enough about my experience, Lisa the doctor was amazing... they got me my prescription in less than 10 minutes and I was out of there I'll definitely be back again.Thanks

The practitioner named Ashley was very unprofessional, worst costumer service I have experienced in my life! She tried to put myself down because she is a retired Captain, other retired as enlisted people has not value for her she put herself as a superior person over a client. She yelled at me because I told her the truth about her poor performance. She does not know how to communicate with people she cancelled my appointment for not reason and told me that was her clinic very inappropriate behavior. She says that clinic belongs to her, her behavior is erratic and aggressive

I had a wonderful visit this morning considering not feeling well. My NP was amazing. Very professional, attentive and caring. Excellent custom service from triage to the end of my visit. Thank you for taking care of me!

Would not recommend this place. Waited for almost an hour with an appointment. Says walk in but have to have an appointment. Nurse Lyra Hosford misdiagnosed my son. Had to take him to his doctor just few days later. My son is special needs, but because he is 18 she did not want me to come into exam room. Horrible experience.

Everything was very straight forward made an appointment prior to going, signed in, got called in a timely manner. I was there for strep testing got results and was out the door. NP Heather Flint was very thorough overall very content with the visit

Got three vaccine shots today and didn't feel any of the sticks. NP Ashlei Wooten provided quick and painless service while being very knowledgeable and easy to chat with. Thank you (again)!

After checking my health ins website to make sure that they accepted my insurance I go for a flu vaccine and I get a billed for an uncovered amount because MINUTECLINIC DIAGNOSTIC OF TEXAS staffed that day with someone who WASN'T covered by my insurance. The building WAS covered, the Ashlei Wooten, FNP wasn't. And then when I called them about it, they lied to me and told me she was covered by my insurance, but when my insurance checked a second time, they told them the truth. So stay away from this place. I will never, ever go back.

Do NOT walk-in to this walk-in clinic. They won't see you until after all other appointments. Even if there's no one there.I came in, the next appointment wasn't scheduled to start for 15 minute's. The LVN and NP are looking at FaceBook pictures on their phones while they wait. The person wasn't there, so they gave them 15 minutes past the appointment time to see if they show up.I sat in the waiting area for almost 40 minutes, missing work, to be seen for 5 minutes. I could have been in and out between appointments, like a walk-in clinic is supposed to be. I guess sitting around looking at pictures on each other's FB is more important than seeing the patient in the waiting room. Next time I'll pay the exact same to go to a real Urgent Care and actually walk-in.The actual exam was 5+ minutes of my history, 2 minutes of looking at my eye, and 10+ minutes of charting while I sat there waiting to leave.
