NP Gilg was extremely patient, kind and just amazing with my 6 year old daughter for her flu shot. My daughter was difficult but NP Gilg didn't skip a beat. I would give her 10 stars if I could. :)Booking the appt online on my phone was difficult, but that's a CVS tech issue.

The CVS minute clinic was a great experience, Lauren Clark was the physician taking care of me. She was professional and respectful and was attentive to everything I had to say. I went in for a physical and was in and out in 20 minutes. Thank you Lauren

Don't go here if you actually need treatment. My husband has a sinus infection and is coughing up colored material but because he said he's only been sick 3 days, they wouldn't give him an antibiotic. I'm 49 and have never heard that you can only get an antibiotic if it's been at least 7 days. A total waste of time. Nice enough but NOT helpful. Except now we know to say 7 days when asked how long you've been sick.

The woman asked me why I was there when my appointment was at 3pm (kiosk forced that time or later) and I said because it's 9:50am, only one person is ahead of me, and lunch is at 1:30pm. She then stated "Oh you just want to wait then." I replied "yes because my ankle is swollen and this is not the first place I've come to today." She then walked away. She was so rude and unwelcoming. The second woman came out and I was the only patient present and said she would do it then changed get mind. She explained what I knew about them not taking X-rays and I told her I saw that online. She was really trying to discourage me from staying although my injury is ridiculously obvious. Poor service.

I have been to this minute clinic several times over the past few years. I've always had a very positive experience. I've gotten several vaccines here and I've made appointments due to illness. All the providers were profsessional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and took considerable time in diagnosing and treating me. I highly recommend.

Hello, I tried to get in to see my primary care doctor and had no such luck, they were booked. My husband said try CVS Minute Clinic. I had online visit with Dr. Salma Rawof within minutes of filling out the online questions. It took longer to fill out the information than to see her. She was thorough in asking me about my condition. I am impressed with this service. Now I don’t have to be miserable over the weekend. Thank you so much for this service ?

I had a wonderful experience with NP Amber. She was very friendly & thorough with my examination. Very informative with steps I needed to take and guidance regarding questions I needed to address with my PCP.No wait time (I had an appointment) and the exam room was clean.

Amber is an amazing professional friendly Dr who you want to ask help from. I had a great experience with Dr Amber. She listen to you, and give the best help she can give. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend!

Made appt online at about quarter til 11, computer gave me an appt if 11:24 I couldn’t pick a time then a txt said checkin 5 minutes before...did that now I’ve been waiting 45 minutes and haven’t been seen yet. Should be 60minute clinc. ?

NP Amber was amazing. She has called me 3 times in the past 24 hours checking on me and making sure I was progressing. I walked right in and didn't have to wait. She was super thorough examining all my vitals. Great place!

After being on hold for 40 minutes I finally got a hold of a human. They were to fax a copy of my records to my doctor. They never did. Wow, worst customer service ever!!!

This place sucks. Never can get a photo order right (literally ended up with pictures of someone else's 3 times), always understaffed, etc. Needs some serious management help!

I drove across town to go to this Minute Clinic, because Texas Med clinic wanted an egregious sum to be seen. I checked in online, so when I arrived a minute before a walk in patient, my estimated wait time was 0, hers was 90(so check in online!). Was seen by Nurse Practitioner Amber Jacko, who was super awesome and thorough, even though I was rambling on a lot. I couldn't ask for a better visit, I mean, I really felt like the drive was well worth it, and will visit this location again if my dr is unavailable again. I have been seen by others at other Minute Clinic locations, and they were fine, but nothing to write home about, but this Nurse was great. Thanks very much, Minute Clinic!

Another review for NP Amber Jacko. I called my Dr's office as soon as they opened at 8 this morning, but they couldn't fit me in. Looked up Concentras(closed), then Texas Med clinic, only the one close to me had a short wait, so I hightailed it over there. Then I find out they start out at $225. That seemed ridiculous. I knew that if I needed breathing treatments or x-rays, that Minute Clinic would send me elsewhere, but this felt like a cold or sinus infection, so I told T.M.C. thanks but no thanks, and headed to the Minute Clinic by me, where there was a long wait(90 minutes). I checked online, and the Wilderness Oak Minute Clinic had a small wait time, so I checked in online and headed there, and it was so worth the drive. Nurse Practitioner Amber Jacko was fantastic; kind, patient, and thorough, and boy, was I happy I wound up there. Kudos to her, and my bill was only $83! I feel infinitely lucky for having found that place, and will drive out of my way to go there again next time I need similar help.
