MINUTE CLINIC. Nurse claims there’s a 10 minute Grace period. I arrived 8 minutes after a 45 minute drive there and they tell me the appointment was cancelled. The manager was helpful enough to give me the number to call and complain for the minute clinic and I called Only to find out that there is no grace period. Messy is what it is. Not having everyone on the correct information to give out days a lot about how they run their business.

I’ve tried to get service here multiple times. The first two times I was turned away due to insurance issues and being unable to treat me. This time, my third time, I registered online as a waitlist appointment. I was sent a text about thirty minutes before I was to arrive. I approved the time. Registered and walked in. As I sat down I was told that they had tried to call me to tell me that they were running behind and wouldn’t be able to see me. I had a missed call at 2:49 PM for my 2:50 appointment. I didn’t answer because I was there. The PA (I am assuming because she had a white coat on) was extremely rude. She said to us “We probably won’t be able to see you. We have to go.” She said they “had to go” at least twice. There were two people checked in before me and they don’t close until 5:30 PM. Her demeanor was extremely off putting and rude. I knew that even if they could make time for me, I did not want to feel rushed and I did not want her to treat me. We left and went to the Texas Med Clinic off 151. A completely different experience. I won’t be coming back to this CVS Minute Clinic.

Made an appointment online the day before. Checked in at the self service kiosk. Promptly taken back for vitals. Nurse Practitioner Gabriella Garay was respectful, professional, and informative.

If I could give a zero I truly would. My first appointment for tb testing was filled will arguments from the nurse being very offensive and talking to me very unprofessionally before the appointment even began . Then proceeded to put my maiden name on all of my paperwork which I told her it’s for school and they will make a big deal out of the different names mind you It’s been 2 years since I’ve changed my name . She refused to acknowledge that my name had changed for some reason . I literally had to make deal and refuse to take the paper if she would not put the correct name on it then she finally filled out another paper .

Took my daughter to do her covid pcr test which we were told we'd get the results within 2 days. All this time while my daughter has to miss school until we get the results back. He we are on day 14 and still no results. I am very upset. I ended up taking her elsewhere to get tested again so she could return to school but now I still need this test to excuse her absents. Try calling their customer service to only keep being told its pending. Something needs to be done here. Good thing she didn't have it because if she did I would've never gotten the test to prove it. NEVER using CVS again.

Takes a minute to sign in but makes you wait 2 hours to be seen. No point if it’s not fast. Just go to a regular doctor it’ll probably even be faster. Minute clinic my buns. Can’t even do the service that’s advertised.

I had an awesome experience. Got my flu shot and Michele Flores was very gentle and professional. I’ve came here before for COVID tests and received the results in a timely manner. Would recommend this location to any family and friends.

Scheduled an appointment this morning for the end of the day and was able to get in. When I got there the self check in kiosk was easy to use and I waited for 2 minutes before the doctor came out greeted and my son and I. Both Dr. Michelle and Nurse Margarita were the absolute sweetest. They took their time and didn't rush us out. They made my son feel so special and talked to him as well. Ms. Michelle made sure to answer any questions I had and I felt she was very thorough. Had a great experience for my first time using the MinuteClinic.

I visited this clinic on the following dates 12/24/21 and 12/28/21.To all my military veterans brothers and sisters please do not go to this clinic for any medical attention. While living in San Antonio I have had a history of sinus infections when the weather is crazy. With that being said, I know the signs symptoms that my body gives off when a sinus infection is starting to take over. In years past, I've been seen by previous minute clinic practitioners that have made the correct diagnoses and prescribe me some antibiotics so that I can move forward to the rapid recovery. However I had no idea that this visit before Christmas was going to be a unprofessional disaster. First, the nurse assistant was so unprofessional by lying to me saying that they were booked up for the day. The nurse assistant looked at me like "OH MY GOD A BLACK GUY" let me tell him that we are full and we have no walk-ins today. Well to her unlimited knowledge I had already booked my appointment and was on the list to be seen. Once, I had my vital signs and COVID test completed then, I went to another room to see the nurse practioner Michele Flores. I explained to her the symptoms that I was having and how I had them in the past. She then sidetrack the conversation by talking about how bad antibiotics are and how doctors are not allowed to prescribe them anymore because of COVID. Then she went on blabbing about another female patient that had gonorrhea and how antibiotics gave her diarrhea. Talk about violating HIPAA what happens to another patient has nothing to do with my condition. Anyway the nurse practitioner explained to me that if my condition doesn't clear up or gets worse in a few days then come back to the clinic and she will prescribe me some antibiotics. From Thursday to Monday my sinus infection had worsen, I could barely talk. I went online to schedule another appointment in hopes that the nurse practitioner would keep her word that she would prescribe the antibiotics so that I can feel better. Tuesday morning I show up early because the online website did not confirm my time. And once again I'm greeted by the nurse assistant with an nasty attitude " WE ARE FULL AND WE ARE NOT SEEING ANY WALK IN PATIENTS'. By this time my name had pop up on the patient screen and I showed her that I've already scheduled my appointment online but it did not show a confirmation time. Then the nurse assistant looked me up in the computer and told me to come back around 12pm to be seen. When I returned around 12pm I was greeted by the nurse assistant were she explained that she discussed my condition with nurse practitioner and they were not going to see me or prescribe me any antibiotics. Then nurse assistant told me to leave the clinic. Due to this horrendous unprofessional experience I will not shop or go to another CVS pharmacy store in San Antonio, Texas. I will also report this incident to the Veteran Affairs Administration and other Veteran Organizations.

Would give zero stars if I could. Nearly 2 hrs of my day wasted on nothing. Made an appointment online to get my daughter an immunization. Showed up 20 mins before appt to check in as requested. Given an 85 min approximate wait time! Waited 100 mins out in the parking lot to be told that they were not seeing any more patients today and were closing! What a joke! Why give the option to make an appointment if you don't even come close to holding to the appointed time?!
