Went last week for sleep study and was told I should wait until insurance kicks in. Come in this week and now they don't order sleep study equipment. How convenient. Would not recommend this place or the minute clinic. Now lost in limbo with a chance of losing my job thanks to these idiots. Worst mistake ever.

I went in with a sore throat and was told it was allergies. I left with a ruptured ear drum due to the doctor shoving their medical device (with the wrong attachment might I add, WAYYY to long to be looking in someone’s ear). Tried to call back when my ear had the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life and started leaking, but nobody answered. Called the pharmacy and spoke to a pharmacist who was shocked I was told I have allergies and left with my ear leaking. Went to my general doctor the next day and that’s how I found out my ear drum was ruptured. I was also told my throat was not allergies but a viral infection.

This is the best MinuteClinic in San Antonio. Unlike most locations, the practitioners here are kind, helpful, and accommodating.

The nurse practitioner/physician assistant was very knowledgeable and patient. She listened and took care of the issue. She was very professional and courteous.

This service is awesome. Especially after being turned away by my own doctor's office as a walk-in.

Still very sick and tired and received no medical help. Thanks to their policy of not prescribing antibiotics I was told to buy Tylenol and saline nasal spray over the counter to treat one of the worst sinus infections of my life. I barely got out of bed, have chills, and muscle aches. These are all signs of INFECTION which can only be treated with antibiotics not saline spray and Tylenol. I am familiar with healthcare standard of practices and I seriously doubt the competency of the provider. I told them I’m immunocompromised which means I need immediate medical treatment to prevent prolonging my pain and suffering. Why would I go seek medical help if I thought saline spray and Tylenol would cure the problem? Waste of time and I’m feeling horrible right now and forced to go to another urgent care in town just the get proper treatment. Stay away if you expect any sort of treatment.

I scheduled flu shot and asked to add the COVID booster during check-in. They're one of few places that still carry the egg-free flu vaccine. There was no wait time. I checked in from the link on my phone in the waiting room and the provider came out like 10 seconds later and called me back. There was only one person waiting when I came out, presumably the next appointment. It's a way better experience than getting a vaccine from CVS pharmacy or any other pharmacy. Masks are still required.

Wife feeling symptoms of strep throat. Went to M-C close to us. They can't see her...thought it was walk-in? Only one doctor there and he was too busy. Gives an address to another M-C and said he made an appointment for wife but didn't write down the time.WHAT?? Called the CVS and they didn't have a direct phone number to M-C. So I had to use the 866#. No one picked up after getting in queue for a customer service rep AFTER going through a maze of options. On hold for 9 minutes...hung up.Forget this horrible experience. Found another urgent care provider that picks up phone calls.Wanted to give 0 stars on this review because wasn't sure it would accept not clicking on stars. The minute clinic model does not work on Sundays.

My wife is 67 yrs old and tested positive for COVID today. She is experiencing moderate symptoms. She went to CVS Minute Clinic at IH10 since they participate in the Govt Test to Treat program. She met all the criteria for Paxlovid. However, She was discouraged from using Paxlovid by provider due to potential side effects. She was sent home with a cough prescription and 15 page document to read. If the FDA and CDC is strongly recommending Paxlovid, why are some CVS providers discouraging it? Side note, provider did offer to prescribe Paxlovid if my wife insisted. However, by then my wife had been scared away from it.

Have been waiting at the Minute Clinic for over an hour. My husband made appoinemt and system immediately generated appt at that time. By the time my son and I arrived system bumped us with a 40minute wait. When we were finally next got bumped by a women that squuezed her way in to Dr office before we could politely go in. Unbelievable. Do not recommend this IH 10 location!!?!
