Very caring team. Shout out to Gabe, who was really personable towards us. They got us in and out for an emergency visit in a little over an hour. They were also affordable. Truly compassionate team.

I took my kitten in for an obstruction concern, and their team was so kind and did their best to get us seen as soon as they could. There were some emergencies that came in which they had to prioritize, but even with that they were very efficient and heard out all my concerns. The way their team spoke with the emergency families was so gentle and compassionate as well. I hope you don't ever need to come here for an emergency, but if you do, I feel like your baby will be in great hands!

It was our first time at MissionVet. Our dog Bella had porcupine quails on her nose and inside her mouth. The staff and the doctor were very informative and loving toward our Bella. They took great care of her.

Dr. Stephanie Marzulo is fantastic! She presented us with a clear treatment plan for our pup. We proceeded with surgery and I’m so thankful to her and the staff. Our pup is doing wonderful!

They called me to set up an appointment. I asked how much it would be and they said they couldn’t discuss prices over the phone. I said that is blasphemy. All services have prices, they can increase and decrease based on the scope of work but they have a starting point.
They said they could not give out that info over the phone that the doctor would discuss it. I said you want me to take time off work and come in so you can tell me there is an issue, I’m already aware of then have the doctor step out of the room because rarely doctors actually discuss the prices that they know are absurdly gauging people based on emotions.
If you read the reviews over and over it states the same thing. Then all of a sudden someone must put up a sign in the office that says win a free dog treat when you give us a good review online because you’ll see 4-7 good reviews then another 2-4 real reviews.
Overall they want half my mortgage for an entire year, for a home on 13 acres.
Places like this are what is wrong with America. Shame on you.

Just a warning for those w a tight budget they’re so expensive, even for an ER. Brought my cat for lethargy and drastic change in behavior. Comprehensive is 200 alone. Blood work was 400-500 ALONE. Took her to another ER and got diagnosed with UTI, meds, exam fee, diagnostics, and walked out at 700. I would have gotten nowhere for that price here. Just an FYI. Employees were kind tho.

Took our 4 year old female dog to MissionVet around midnight, due to a rash/hives breakout.
The tech took her to the back for vitals, and returned 2 hours later to inform us that the vet on duty would be calling us to a room provide a diagnosis.
We waited for an additional 1 1/2 hours to speak with the Vet. We were not given a diagnosis, but informed of the medications she was given and that her rash was under control.
The Vet suggested an ultrasound and labs to be performed. I opted for labs only, wasn't sure what an ultrasound would provide. The labs indicated a slight elevated ALT and that she was 7% dehydrated.
We were told that our dog required critical care and should be left over night for the total of approximately $3k.
I opted to take her home and follow up with our primary Vet that morning.
The Vet continuously tried to add more items for additional cost, which made it seem as though they worked on commission, seemed unethical to me.

They gave me bad news but did it kindly and kept me informed at all stages of the visit. It was expensive but probably not any more than my regular vet would charge. Since they are open 24 hours, a long visit didn’t require an overnight stay or a second visit. They were able to do an ultrasound on site within a few hours of our arrival

Please beware this place…. My teenage daughter brought her emotional support animal (cat) in during the early morning hours because he was lethargic, shaking, and hadn’t gone to the bathroom or eaten since the night before. They immediately looked at him and said it would be $1200 to treat him, and he had a urinary blockage. This was just during a triage assessment, and no tests had been run. After we paid that fee that we assumed covered taking care of him, they returned and said it would be an additional $2300. My daughter had me on the phone, so I asked what the fee was for, and they really couldn’t tell me other than blood tests, 24-hour hospitalization and monitoring. When I asked what exactly it cost and why it was so much, I was told that since I was declining this treatment, there were other options; though, at that point, I was just questioning what I was precisely paying for. I asked why other options were not offered initially or why this cost wasn’t itemized; I was told that they automatically offer the “gold standard of care.” The implication was clear … I obviously didn’t care about our cat enough to trust that they were charging reasonable prices, and just paying them. They clearly cater to a clientele that pays them without question. Then, the fearmongering started. He might die if he isn’t treated here; he probably won’t get well without this 24-hour monitoring. All I asked was about our options, the possibility of them treating him and then seeing a regular vet for aftercare to ensure he doesn’t have any issues or might need medication. For $1200, I was told that doesn't even include bloodwork. How? The vet admitted that they might have been over-exuberant (her words) with that initial price, but that was so they could make sure they were covered to run necessary tests without having to ask for more money each time. They never ran any tests; I have the itemization to prove it. And we only received that after I started questioning what we were being charged for. I’ve never had a vet offer a treatment plan without an initial itemization. I feel like they added enough on an invoice to come to the initial $1200 charge. We were told that due to our “financial situation”, they would only do the initial treatment on him. This “financial situation” was stated TWICE, by the way. Questioning your prices doesn’t mean someone has a financial situation. And even if it did, implying that someone doesn’t have enough money to care for their animal in that stressful situation is cruel. Your attitude left my daughter more terrified than she already was. We’ve had many pets over the years, and even with more critical issues, we were never charged such exorbitant fees nor treated as if we didn’t just pay your prices, without even getting information on what we are paying for, that we don’t care enough about our pet. I would give zero stars if I could. Potential clients, if you are reading this, know that they may take care of your pet, I don’t know, but they will price gauge you to do it. They absolutely take advantage of people. There are plenty of other reviews here that say the same, and I wish I had seen them sooner. Oh, and I did mention that they brought up our “financial situation” twice, right? The second time was when they confirmed with my daughter, as she was leaving her cat there for treatment, that our cat might need CPR, and would we authorize that for their fee, considering our financial situation? I didn’t catch the exact charge, but it was in the multiple hundred range. Completely ridiculous…. This CPR thing wasn’t mentioned AT ALL until I “declined” their additional charges. Wonder why? Then, after telling us they would need to keep him for 4-5 hours, they called back less than two hours later to say my daughter could get him. That was a really short sedation, hmmmm .... And then when she got him, she was told that he was likely to get a blockage again. They have no way of knowing that, because again, they did no testing, but we will find out from another vet.

We had to bring our amazing German Shepherd in due to a breathing emergency. Mission Veterinary got him right in and ultimately found out he had cancer and euthanasia was recommended. We brought him home and unfortunately had to do say goodbye the next day. As difficult as this situation was we were treated with the utmost professionalism and the Vet we saw was amazing. We lost our best friend but this facility was as helpful as we could have asked for.
Thank you Mission

Our English bulldog came in and we thought she was not going to make it thru the weekend. They helped us understand what was happening and what our options were and supported our decision. We were so fortunate that the treatment worked. It wasn’t guaranteed. But they dealt with us with compassion. Every single person. From the receptionist to the doctor. Thank you.
