I have rented from this facility a few times. They are so friendly and helpful. They call and send reminder emails which I really appreciated. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. I just recently vacated the storage I rented and definitely know where to go if I ever need storage again. Thank you.😊

The only reason why I left was because I moved... Sad:(...i had a unit there for 4 years...i never had any issues with any staff members and the facility itself...All staff members are good people and i appreciate all of them... I would Recommend anyone to this mini storage... Thank you Very large!!!

There not keeping up with maintaining the property. Roofs are linking and they expect customers to change units every time they have issues without reimbursements. I would not refer this storage place to anyone..

This place was great till they removed Frankie & Yvonne. They were the only ones that were willing to help. Now they charge all kinds of ridiculous fees & not willing to help.Bring Frankie & Yvonne back.

I just learned that Frankie and Yvonne are no longer there. They were the main reason why we had never changed to a different storage company even though it was getting pretty pricey. They will be greatly missed.

I would highly recommend Mission Rd for your storage needs. Frankie works hard at maintaining the units while keeping the grounds clean. Friendliness and helpfulness are a welcome plus.

I love Mr. Frank(neighbor) he is just the sweetest person ever and is always helpful. I love this place but they are getting too expensive. Now you are required to have insurance on your locker. Other than that I hope I can stay for a few more months.
