I've been getting loans here for the last few years. The staff is always polite, knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond to help you stay on track with your loans. They are also pretty honest with looking up game systems and pricing so they don't try to cheat you.

I recently visited this pawn shop with the intention of pawning my chain and necklace, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Jarrod greeted me with a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did he assist me in getting the price I wanted for my items, but he also took the time to explain the process thoroughly, ensuring that I felt comfortable and confident with my decision.

I would give this store no stars if it allowed me to!! The manager Amanda of this store is rude I tried to buy a fire arm and she said she wouldn’t sell it to me just because I didn’t ask her no questions bout it didn’t know I had to ask her questions bout something I know I wanted to buy all the other staff is amazing but as far as for her I feel like she does not have good customer service skills I wasn’t being rude to her nothing I could see if I was in there acting crazy for no reason but I wasn’t just feel like some people should not be in customer service and she is one of them!!

If I can give no stars I would. They told me over the phone a ball park range on a grinder I had. When I show up they tell me no it’s way less and that they only buy it for the price they offer cuz that’s what they sell it for. I knew they were lying about that. I hear the worker next to me tell the customer he was working with that they buy they’re items for a 3rd of the price so they can sellThem for more. This place sucks
