The store says Cash America not Money Mart just got clarity. I broght in an M-Audio Oxygen 61 midi keyboard in good condition, keyboard stand, and sustain pedal to sell. The used value in Amazon for the keyboard is 185 alone. I was asking for 200 for everything they told me the most I could get for the keyboard was 40 dollars. I was expecting no lower than 160 but 40 was ultimate lowballing. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. I’ve got loans for this same equipment for way more than 40 dollars. Make sure you keep looking before you come here. Or just deal with the younger male cause the older one will try to lowball you. I understand I won’t get full price but he tried giving me 200 for a 600 dollar VR headset.. (very new condition) It still looks brand new I had box and even all the stickers that shows I bought it new. I said I wanted 400 but he said that’s too high so I tried for 300 he said “I don’t think they ever sold for that much” And even more crazy I walked in and saw my brothers same headset that he sold to them for 430 I’m sure someone else was there the guy I dealt with is just too old to know what it is so instead of looking it up he tried lowballing me. Won’t ever come back here and I’m gonna tell my brother not too either cause he shops here often🚮 And oh when I was there I heard them giving another customer a hard time. Please avoid this place

Walked in no greeting by any of the 4 or 5 employees in the building. Only me and 1 other customer in the store. Walked around for about 20 minutes with no acknowledgment what so ever. Was hoping to buy some watches and a MacBook. Won’t come back. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
This is the same experience the last 4 times I’ve come

Dean and his staff there were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, funny, and ever so gracious and humble. Really down to earth people, great prices, and fair haggling/sales if you bring in items. I have yet to pawn here but I met so many amazing fellow customers as well as getting to know the rest of the staff here. I will 100% be back, I was so happy with the service I received I came back same day! I give this place my official approval and will be back in again!
EDIT: yeah turns out theyre a bunch of liars and fakes >_>. Just like every Pawn shop owned by Cash America, their don't value people or their belongings. You're a statistic, not a person to them.
