Faith the cashier was rude and unprofessional. i went in to get my OTC benefits and had my offical card digital on my phone and she refused to cash me out. Then she laughed at me in front of other customers embarassing me. i have come to this location for years and have never been treated with such disrespect. i have also come many times to get my OTC Benefits and was not asked to provide my card. Then the manager was rude as well. Refusal of benefits for no apparent reason. They said i needed the card and the same manager did it prior with the card on my phone. Im over this location. Brandon and Martha were the managers in charge. Faith was the cashier. To see they allow that behavior towards customers Is a shame.

2 hours after seeing my doctor the pharmacy had my prescriptions ready. That was a great feeling. They explained to me what was not filled and why and when I could expect it. The tech Mia was very polite and professional. I was in and out in les than 4 minutes. Great job.

The busy pharmacy staff is always gracious and polite. My prescriptions have always been ready when promised. Last night, after 7, my husband's doctor sent in an urgent prescription. I picked it up at 8. I had a 10 minute wait. Great job!

The CVS on Military and So. Flores is horrible! I rarely give negative feedback yet the treatment of customers at this location is deplorable. I had an e prescription from the Med Clinic for eye drops for pink eye (conjunctivitis). The dr. I saw at the med clinic gave me a copy of the prescription. This was on a Sunday. Monday morning I 'M calling to see if the prescription is ready. The person who answered the phone said they could not fill the prescription because the dr. used the word otic at the bottom. I looked at the copy I have and it clearly says "ophthalmic (eye ). The pharmacist (Anastacia) would not come to the phone to speak with me!! I waited on hold for over 30 and she would not speak with me. That seems wrong that a licensed pharmacist would refuse to speak with someone about a prescription. I'll also be reporting her to the state board.

Wow, this store is way better than most CVS`s! The manager helped us by doing separate transactions to benefit us. That says a lot about him, very impressed. Hardly any smelly couponers in this store.

After leaving the Little Spurs Urgent Care at 8:40pm and needing to have prescriptions filled for my child I found that the 103 sw Military Dr location was open until 10:30pm. This store is less than 2 miles from the urgent care on the same main road. When I got to the pharmacy at 8:48 the pharmacist immediately looked at her watch and the pharmacy tech snatched the prescriptions from my hand and said it will be ready tomorrow. I told him that i just came from the urgent care and my child needs the medication tonight. He put the papers on the counter and walked away. I called after him and asked if he needed the Patients information or insurance and he said that if i have ever been to a CVS it will be in the system. He said when it's ready he will page me. Because this location is undergoing construction and due to covid, there is no place to sit. I walked around the store, made a purchase and the. Went to my car. After 30 minutes (9:20pm) I went back I to the store and the tech said "we can't fill the prescription because we have never heard of this doctor. Did you go to a hospital or something?" I told him that I went to the Little Spurs urgent Care up the road. He said "we never heard of it" I said that this urgent care is a very popular urgent care for kids and is all over the city how could they have not heard of it. I was then told that they are not In the system and it could not be filled. I asked why I wasn't called and they said that they paged me over the Intercom but I never responded. I told them I was in the car. I asked the pharmacist why wouldn't they call me and she said "he paged you" and shrugged her shoulders with a smirk on her face. I asked if they called the urgent care and was told "we figured they were closed" I asked again if they called and he repeated what he said. I pulled out my phone to call and he told the pharmacist that I was going to call and kept the paper prescriptions. I called and the urgent care was already closed. I asked for the prescriptions and the pharmacist came to give them to me and said that the urgent care and doctor is not in the system and hate why I can't get it filled but I "may have better luck across the street at Walgreens," because "they might know the urgent care and doctor." I feel like they already had it In their mind that they were not going to fill the prescriptions as soon as I walked in and just gave me the run around about it, all while I have a sick child in the car being looked after by my mom. Sickness doesn't happen Monday-Friday from 8-5. It happens all times of day and night and I get bad walking in right before 9 but they didn't close until 10:30pm. I have also never been told by CVS to go across the street to their competitor. I would not recommend CVS at all.

I wouldn't even give one star. I know the pharmacy can be very busy, but the tech who talked to me was very rude. I asked if I can wait for my medicine due to being in pain from a hospital visit. And when I asked if I could wait for my medicine she gave attitude and said "there are a lot of prescriptions ahead of you. You can take it somewhere else if you like." I myself am a tech and used to work at a CVS, I know for a fact they always take waiters. She had no customer service skills.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I called in my refill 4 days ahead of time and when I went to pick them up, they didn't have them ready. They told me there was nothing on fill showing i called in. I asked her how long it would take to refill it and never answered me just walked off. Really bad customer service only gave it one star cause I couldn't give it a zero.

The pharmacy service was great! Just moved to the area and called them to transfer my prescriptions over and they were ready the next day!

I frequent this CVS in the wee hours of the night. Always stocked, always a short line. Clean restrooms. Wish they had the type of Lipton Diet tea I like but now I'm just being picky. Great CVS.
