I paid $80 to stay in room 117 the night of July 15, 2025. I am in San Antonio for work, and would have stayed more than one night, but not after seeing so many disappointing service and maintenance failures, especially with the pool. The price is just too high for what you get.
They won't give a receipt at check-in, only the next day at checkout. The lobby is kept locked up, and you can't enter or exit that way, so you have to walk around the outside of the building to access the night window.
It's a newer building that looks nice online, and on arrival, but there are a lot of little maintenance issues that they don't keep up on. Pool looks clean, just like online photos, but it's locked shut, so you can't use it. Ice machine on first floor does not work. The stopper in the bathroom sink jammed shut so I couldn't drain water after washing my face. The bathroom vent is rusted out, and the fan motor does not come on with the light, so the steam just builds up. I reported both the sink drain and the vent fan to front desk staff, but they never sent anyone to make repairs. They spent a lot of money to build this place. They could spend a little more to keep it as nice as new.
On the positive side, there was plenty of hot water in the shower. The air conditioning, wifi, and TV worked OK. It's a quiet neighborhood and having interior doors means you don't have weirdoes knocking on it, but you do have to walk farther to your car.

Do not stay here. The man that runs this place likes to go into the rooms when you leave and steal your stuff and he does not give you your deposit back. He finds some excuse not to give you your deposit back. One of the maid said that he told a customer that she said something when she didn’t. She didn’t even know what was going on, and the Customer beat her up, put her in the hospital

Paid over $200 for a king bed. $200 hundred dollars at a sketchy motel 6. Ridiculous. Sure did rip me off seeing prices under a $100 online.

The guy at the front desk had great customer service and was very helpful. The room was recently renovated and clean with a stylish decor.

Compared to the reviews online the world is great. The room was really clean and very nice. Great ac as well. The staff are very friendly. And it's in a great location surrounded by tons of other stores and restaurants. We've stayed here twice already. Wed stay again
