Donāt stay here. Thereās no reason. Just because itās cheap does not matter.
All the walkways are Horribly uneven. The stairs are so junk.
I rolled my ankle, just walking down the stairs because theyāre so uneven.
There were solicitors in the parking lot at night
I was only given one towel
My room key got deactivated at 10:40 in the morning when checkout is not till 11.
Just donāt stay here go somewhere else. Use your hard earned money somewhere else. This place does not deserve it
The door did not lock unless you slammed it shut and pushed it so it aligned.
The tub was nasty and had stains everywhere.
No hand towels, no wash clothe, on singular towel that had random green stains on it.
the beds are hard as rocks.
Thereās a railroad track right next to it so expect to hear train horns every 30 minutes.
I really wish I could say something positive about this place but I just canāt.

I have been coming to San Antonio to see my family and to enjoy the festivities on holidays and special events. Since Day 1 I have stayed here because it's close to downtown and of course my favorite Riverwalk and Alamo. The front desk staff are kind, courteous, and welcoming. This place is my 2nd home away from home. I love this location, the rooms are great, clean, and if anything is needed the front desk goes out of their way if possible. For these reasons I will definitely be back and look forward to it. VIVA FIESTA!!

Really good place to stay and i really really loved how honest they were, my mom forgot her charger and i went the next day to ask for it and they didnāt even think about it and they gave it to me,im happy with everything thank you so much!

I am so incredibly thankful for my stay at this hotel. I'm truly puzzled by the negative reviews I've read online because my experience over the past month and a half has been nothing short of fantastic, proving most of those claims to be entirely untrue.
This hotel offers an unbeatable price, especially considering its exceptional quality. Despite its proximity to Ritterman, which some locals consider a rough area of San Antonio, I've found those concerns to be completely unfounded. As a transgender individual, I've walked to Whataburger for food at 2 AM on numerous occasions and have never encountered any problems, either in the neighborhood or at the hotel itself.
The hotel staff clearly prioritizes the safety and security of its guests and their property. There are cameras strategically placed throughout the parking lot and hotel, and I've personally seen staff regularly patrol the lot, ensuring all vehicles are accounted for. Their dedication extends to maintaining the property's pristine condition; daily trash pickups and meticulous lawn care keep everything spotless.
Regarding the reviews claiming the rooms are dirty and bug-infested, I can definitively say that's another false accusation. In over a month in my room, I haven't seen a single bug, not even a fly. Housekeeping is truly beyond expectations. You can get fresh towels or sheets at any time of day or night ā a level of service I've never experienced at another hotel, especially not at 2 AM! My room even came with a mini-fridge, which has been incredibly convenient.
The value here is remarkable.
Coming from Corpus Christi, I can tell you that a Motel 6 there doesn't even come close to this hotel's affordable rates, and a mini-fridge alone would easily add $40 to the price. Plus, this hotel is pet-friendly, and its laundry room is incredibly user-friendly, allowing you to pay with an app or debit card without needing quarters. The vending machines are equally convenient for late-night cravings, accepting tap pay, debit cards, or change.
This hotel is hands down the best option for travelers. It's so convenient and truly feels like a home away from home. The staff is absolutely amazing; they consistently check in to make sure you're comfortable.

So, please, disregard those negative reviews. Come and experience it for yourself; you'll quickly see that it's a welcoming and safe haven. Save money and enjoy feeling right at home!

Room smells, missing baseboard, tub looks bad, only 1 bath towel given, no hand towel, no wash cloth. There is no fridge, no coffee. I have a non-smoking room with cigarette burns in the bedspread. The A/C works. The lights flicker though. I stayed at 3 different motel 6 hotels on my journey. The other 2 were much better.

Room was supper hot at 1st, took a while the air to kick in. Roaches in the room. Towels weren't stocked up, the beds have a two thin sheets, if you get a room with a good a.c I recommend bringing your own blankets

While my sister stayed here Mike and Rosie have been extremely kind and thoughtful in helping her through an illness. We are grateful for the care they extended her beyond and above the call of duty. Thank you Mike and Rosie!

Itās what you make of it. Itās not a bad property. Itās in a sketchy area but great people run it and own it bring your food when you come or whatever you need but if youāre on a budget, itās a great place to stay.
