The guys were great I had to change my time due to uhaul and they still worked with me showed up worked fast and carefully I would recommend. I was nervous due to the reviews but the owner and the guys reassured me well worth it. Dustin and stoker are good guys

Kelly Hiller is amazing, she has taken care of me for at least 6 plus moves over the years and continues to do so! This most recent move Jose and Rick did an excellent job going above and beyond by asking the right questions and giving extra attention to my delicate possessions without me even having to ask. They exemplified what I have come to expect from Kelly and her company Move Pros!

Kelly and her staff have done several moves for me. She has moved an entire home, a safe and another smaller move. I have always been very happy with her and her staff. The movers are always polite, friendly and very careful with my items. I am grateful I have someone I can contact for this type of service and will be using this company again. .

Enrique and Everett were fantastic! They carefully unloaded a 16’ Packrat moving container and moved my entire gym equipment, including a bulky video game arcade machine, treadmill, elliptical, smith machine, and stationary bike, up a flight of stairs without a scratch on my walls or equipment. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful. I highly recommend them for any moving job!

My elderly parents needed moving services from Temple to Lufkin, TX. Drivers came from San Antonio and showed up relatively on time at 10am. The movers started loading, and everything was going fine until about 1:00pm they started to say things like "I don't think we will be able to fit everything." I asked them what is the plan then? Basically they gave us the "I don't know". We were then told that we would be charged double as they would need to bring another truck! The deal was to move everything from the old house to the new, not "Bring one truck and hope for the best" It became our problem that they did not have a big enough truck. This should've been remedied by renting another truck on their dime, or get another truck from their fleet asap! Completely shady, and would never ever recommend this company! BEWARE!!!!

The crew worked hard so we could complete the packing and move the same day. Doing everything in one day made a huge difference. It was great that they also offered box service, so we did not have to take time to get boxes. Turn key service. Thank Kelly, Enrique, Everett, and David.

Attitude of the movers was very unprofessional!! They take their time so they can charge you more. I asked to speak with management and a week later I have not received any contact. A one bedroom apartment took 7.5 hours. Unhappy customer!

I dont know why people are on here but I've never had a bad experience with move pros in my entire life . I think people try to downgrade companies just because they themselves as customers are dumb. All this talk about "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" GO ahead and use another company and really get screwed over! Kelly's prices are so reasonable and fair and she has some of the best men on her team, do not believe the bad reviews !! Move pros really are the best in the business ? I will always use move pros company to move my items and always recommend anyone to move pros because of the quality of her teams work and ethic.

I didn’t realize how badly they damage some of my furniture. I hired them for 2 hrs to help move large items. I was working circles around the two guys to try and help speed the process. They damage several of my large items, mattress, couch, dresser, coffee and end tables. Then expected a tip after I was charged $530 for 2 hrs. DO NOT USE THEM.

Not only did they damage two of my items, but they also chose to park by the farthest elevator, despite me telling them to park by the one closest to my unit, thereby adding more hours to the final bill. They have been entirely unresponsive to the claim I submitted for the damaged furniture. They damaged my Peloton bike. Don't use this company unless you want your belongings damaged and you enjoy paying more money for poor service.
