Went in today 9/10/25 at 3:30pm to get gas but neither of the workers could help me access the code on the app for 10 cents off on fuel. What's the point of paying for a membership if your own employees don't know how to assist members? Not ok.

If I could would give zero stars but only allows 1-5. I went today and there was only one cashier and people waiting in line for 30 long Minutes. This is the 3rd time I go to this gas station and this will be my last time. The cashier was alone and she couldn’t multitask at all. Also left the register when someone wanted beer since the refrigerators are locked. Another customer wanted lottery tickets and she seemed confused. Also the gas pumps give people problems with the chip card which makes it a long line outside. Also one of the the pump was out of order. She was told too and said she knew. Don’t waste your time and don’t go there the line will be long and short handed. You will be trapped in the tiny store in the middle of the snacks.
l reported this to the main headquarters after looking at all the bad reviews.

Come to the store at about 9pm to get gas. The employees which is the manager son has the store locked outside smoking. I think it’s very unprofessional.. And why is the place surrounded with homeless people. New management is needed to clean the store up a bit. I’m at this location every day and they always give me problems. You should know your regulars.

We weren't to happy . The staff didn't want to take time to help my husband. He needed a carton of short Winston cigarettes. They didn't take time to find them . They seemed uninterested in finding them . It was very disappointed at the least. Not recommended.

Palo Alto Poteet/Jourdanton hwy. Just now.Person at register EXTREMLY RUDE. Got the has purchase wrong and then blamed it on me and then stopped the gas having me to go back inside. This person should not be doing any customer service work!!!! Looked like she had a BAD night yesterday.

Never enough staff, soda machine always broken coolers not cold enough, Big red never stocked, restroom locked or dirty, fuel pumps not clean, recommend revamping store and staff, hopefully with more friendly attitudes

I went in at 1427 Palo Alto Store and your cashier Manuel is always rude to customers that have some change to pay with, he shows his frustration. This man is always complaining if it means for him to work and I don’t appreciate it , if he didn’t want to deal with people he should’ve found another job. Never will I bother to got there and deal with workers like that.

Look it's a gas station. Are the people rude, yes! Is the service kinda non existent, yes! The gas price kinda got me for a second as the HEB down the road about 5 minutes was cheaper.
